He gave it away. IE, he may not be the one to have obtained the gear and levels.

Anyone who levels to 70 and then complains about a game is lame. Seriously, no one forced you to play for hundreds of hours.

There's my guy. I levelled up to get to the Outlands, but lately I've been distracted by LotR Online. Someday I might return, but the Expansion doesn't look like my cup of tea. I'd love to see some new areas added for all levels.

I guess I'll use what amounts to my current main, Moire. :D

My former main has, for a few levels now, been nothing more than a power leveler for other folks in my guild, which is to say a bunch of family and real life friends who have saddled me with the guild name of "The Nerd Herd."

She might not be much to look at, but she's gives every new guild member 300 gold and a set of bags. She's dished out over 3 grand to the guild, which is not a small amount of money for her. I know some folks manage to get rich quick, but 'red wasn't all that smart in her early life, so the money has been a struggle. Luckily, she has her epic mount, and there's plenty of time to make another few thousand if I even level her to 70 and go for an epic flying mount. She's so neglected, she only recently made herself a second mooncloth bag.

You'll notice very few blues on ol' Jackie. That's 'cause, like the rest of my characters, he's more likely to auction a blue than wear it.

 

Finally, because he's probably my favorite character, even though I only play him about once a week with my wife and a friend up in Washington:

Peitho means "I persuade." It seemed like a fitting name for a hunter.

 

I have a whole slew of other characters of varying levels, but they're all just as cheap, with just as shabby equipment, as these guys.

I had a crippling disease and I was on so many immuno suppresants that I couldn't breathe unfiltered air and could hardly walk. I had an excuse.

 

I reached 70 and even bought the EPIC MOOOOOUNT. When I gave away the character, it was in full tier 2 with 3 pieces of tier 3. Around the time the expansion came out, I was doing better, so then after the fun of questing in small quick groups and the thrill of flying around wore off, and we were back to god awful agonizingly slow raids again, I pretty much just said "to hell with this ****."

Well, you built a great character and had your fun then. Glad to see you're back in good health, though.

 

I'd be jealous of all the cool gear, but I'd just sell it so that the guildies could buy stuff. Hmm, there's something wrong with that arrangement.

 

Really, it takes dedication to get your character gear like that. I mean, I don't know if you should be "proud" of a computer game, but I could certainly understand a little self satisfaction. Mabye even a little smug self satisfaction. hehe

Wow, the rarely seen Arcane Mage. Hows that working out for you?

Sometimes I miss my Warlock of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.

 

I remember trying to get newbies to conspire with me to unleash a Doomguard on the other newbies. But then one screwed it up. :'(

I dunno. I like arcane because it helps me manage my mana. I don't have the cool control tricks of frost and I don't output damage like fire, but I've managed to solo pretty much all of my levels. I think I'd go for fire next time, but that's certainly playing on the edge.

 

Moire is 100% restoration. That means she's all about healing.

 

Jack, if I ever take him out of the city again, needs a respec.

 

I think I'll keep Peitho a beastmaster for the time being.

I am a very casual player, this guy is my best one.

Melee Weapon to have a 3% chance on spellcast to restore 100 mana to all party members over 10 seconds.

Wow, now that's something that helps the whole party. Well, except warriors and rogues, but nothing's perfect.
