Baley Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Mad Men - Three episodes in and I've pretty much decided this is the best thing since Deadwood (or air-conditioning, or gummy bears, or those tiny salted pretzels that just go "yay!" in your mouth). Anyway: La Ronde (Oph
Kor Qel Droma Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 The Clash Of The Titans. The next time I'm about to bitch about how cheesy some CGI special effects are, I'll remember this movie and it's ancient stop motion animation. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

Musopticon? Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Even worse than that guy...I think his name was Fang or Fong or something, yeah. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. Kor Qel Droma Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Leonard J. Crabs, lol. I watched Stephen King's It last night/this morning. Creepy stuff for a televison miniseries. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Musopticon? Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 (edited) I liked Blue Meanie as well. I saw TMNT a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised, it felt like watching the hour-long pilot for the 80's animation series but zounds better. Only nitpick I could come up with was the vo, some of it was rather obnoxious and I thought only two of the turtle voices fit, nevermind that somebody had decided react Tartarus, chieftain of the Brutes, as a olmec stone statue. Overall, I felt like I was reading good old Eastman-Laird craftwork again. *puff* Edited August 11, 2007 by Musopticon? kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. Kor Qel Droma Posted August 12, 2007 Posted August 12, 2007 Today at a local video outlet I noticed that they have rereleased Leon in yet another special edition DVD. I'll stick with the one I have now. And manoman, I just about went mental when I saw that they had one copy of The Long Kiss Goodnight in stock. One of my favorite Hollywood bang bang shoot em up movies. Sam Jackson is a riot in this one. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

Blarghagh Posted August 12, 2007 Posted August 12, 2007 Man of the Year (2006) Typical Robin Williams fare. Christopher Walken was excellent as usual. Typical Robin Williams fare would have meant that Robin Williams had made me laugh. Yet only Mr. Walken did.
