I would. He was the one who would bring balance to the Force. In order to do this, he had to pretty much destroy all of the Jedi and in the end he destroyed The Emperor who was the ultimate dark sider of that era.

I would have trained him. And furthermore, I wouldn't have died to Darth Maul, so I would have done it myself. Obi-Wan wouldn't get the chance to screw it up.

I would have had him trained anyway, full of naive optimism that he could deny his evil destiny and become a good person, been proved completely wrong and gone away to sulk/die in a corner.

I would stage an accident during the podrace that would kill Anakin, with all the evidence pointing towards Watto as the killing, and as a Jedi I would impose "justice" on the little bugger and kill him, taking what parts I needed to get off that god forsaken planet.
