I prefer Original Trilogy

Which, the Remastered Original or the Old Unedited Original? :(

This is quite confusing already :p

SW Episode V: TESB for me. Has Yoda showing a simple demonstration of tuning in to the Force in quiet swampy areas on Dagobah.

My favorite would have to be The Empire Strikes back.

The real question has to be: Why is ep.V almost everyone's favorite SW film?

Someone who understands cinema, please explain.

Ep3 for me.

*awaits crucifiction*

Well, some points for Episode V: TESB is that it was a first SW movie that I saw. It is more like an aftermath kind of story which shows how darkness is not necessarily likened to be only some manifestation of evil, but sometimes reflects what might be within a Jedi learner. Luke's encounter with a shadow of Darth Vader's decoy on Degobah to some extent, was a test of this.

Put simply, sometimes darkness tells Jedi some things which might not be understood in similar ways via other means.

I like the darkness of the movie. It was not your typical good guy beats bad guy and wins the day type of movie. More like good guy got his butt handed to him and laid him out on the hospital bed.

the Empire Strikes Back is head and shoulders above the rest.

it is interesting that the poll shows ESB as number 1 and Ep3 as number 2.

actually, I agree with that. Ep3 is the second best movie in the franchise to date.

Something that takes them to teletubbies land :)"

Yeah, quite unbeliavable. Ep3 is good, but not that good. Especially beginning S-U-C-K-S. And Grievous, the coughing espresso machine. <_<

I can hardly contain my rage when I see that Ep3 has more votes than Ep4.

you are looking at the OT through the rose colored glasses of your childhood....it wasn't that great, it was just different than anything else.

The ESB, however, was a great film, no question.

actually, Endor was the best part. it was the only part that did not seem like a repackaging of the other two.

the swoop bike combat was outstanding.

hmmm, I may just watch ROTJ tonight.
