I saw the Wonderboys a few weeks ago. It was awesome.

 

I can't remember laughing so much since...well, I can't remember. Fully recommended.

He's not that bad, although i will admit that The Waterboy is definatley not one of his bests...

His movies make prison rape look bare-able,if not pleasant.

 

Yes,Minister is mankind's greatest comedic accomplishment,watch that instead.

Some really horrible straight-to-vid sort of mystery movie that hubby brought home. Although...I only half-watched it. That happens a lot.

 

Edit - sorry, forgot a title...it was called Left Behind, and the most notable thing was that it had an almost unrecgonizable Kirk Cameron in it...quite freaky if you remember Kirk from..whatever that sitcom was that he was on way back when.

Actually that Left Behind movie is based on a series of Christian books that have sold a massive amount of copies. Don't ask how I know this.

I still thought it was a terrible movie.

Yes my last girlfriends' mom had the books lying around and gave them to the ex. It really starts off great, with people dissapearing from all over the world. But then it gets into its religious overtones. which if you're not a hardcore religious kind of person can put you off.

 

But I'll agree the movie was pretty bad.

I just watched The Phantom of the Opera... although, I'm afraid I can't comment on it as I missed most of it giggling with my friends :">

The only Streetfighter I've seen was the original classic starring Charlie Bronson ...

Me too! (w00t) Just got the DVD. I thought the entire movie was sweet up to the ending. It just felt rushed.

 

Also, just saw "HP and the Goblet of Fire" today. While it's good and better than the third movie, it's still no LOTR. Also, I think the way Voldemort was depicted was a little disappointing.
