Musopticon? Posted December 28, 2005 Posted December 28, 2005 Some T-Rex song. I'm not terribly impressed. Next up is more Morricone. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. Darth_Schmarth Posted December 28, 2005 Posted December 28, 2005 Bodies Without Organs What's this supposed to be? Something which I unwrapped from a gift parcel. I've never heard of them, but the music is pop, bordering on cheap electronica. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Incidentally pop chameleon Alexander Bard is in the band with his silly haircut. ^Asinus asinorum in saecula saeculorum

That stuff was not so much fun to listen to.... interesting, but not much fun at all. Warren Zevon - Gorilla, You're a Desperado baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs

Darth Drabek Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 'Brick' by Ben Folds Five <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Have you heard the "Rockin the Suburbs" album he put out after he went solo? There's some top notch catchy piano rock on there. It also includes one of my favorite songs, "Fred Jones Part 2," a story of a man losing the job he's had for years, of the older generation being phased out of society. I think I'll post it in the lyric thread in the next few days. And as if the song weren't good enough already, it has backing vocals from John McCrea from Cake!!!! Right now: Afghan Whigs - My Curse baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Kor Qel Droma Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I heard the lead off single from that album, but that was about it. Its catchy. I'm rockin the suburbs, just like Michael Jackson did, I'm rockin the suburbs, except he was talented. Dido / Thank You Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
