Carth, he's my favorite for Kotor. I almost take him everywhere with me and as soon as I find out Dustil is on the evil sith planent, I stop what I"m doing and go save Dustil, then go back to my normal life.

 

As for Kotor2, I'd have to say Disciple, I just really like him. Then Atton, as my second coice. :D

Bastila was great because the Romance helped bring her in touch with her humanity and removed her from her "Jedi Princess" mentality.

Bastila is a babe. For Kotor 2 it would be Handmaiden even though Visas is fine. The guys in both games are lame, well except Bao-dur but he's not a romance option.

I had to go with Bastila romance from Kotor I, it is the perfect example of love denial and stuff like that.
