You would be suprised what you can do in photoshop when you don't know anything about it, just fuddledud around in it and push buttons and neat things happen. Add some shading to the cartoony, some variances for environment on the subject and such and things will seem much less cartoony. Darth Launch Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 I'm not lucky enough to own Photoshop... in fact MS Paint is the only thing I've got to work with since my stupid camera and scanner hate my hand drawn doodles... but maybe that's for the best as my hand drawn stuff is seriously manga-like... not pretty! DL P.S. Gimp and me didnt work well together - oh... that doesnt sound right, but its a programme that Flatus referred me to so no silly replys! DL and FG demands it! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> *faints again* I've been a bit busy and all, but I've got a couple or so "in the works" as it were. I did a very simple Futurama picture if you're interested? That and I was staring out of the window at the sun setting over Wales, and it matched the sky textures of Dantooine in the first KOTOR almost perfectly - and it made me think that despite all that happens on Dantooine, all the weeks of training, all the fighting etc, you only seem to go out and about at Dusk - I dunno, I might try and make somthing of the thought - "Jedi who only go out at Dusk" Although I'm seriously worried I'm about to fall into the San Andreas trap as well Must resist! I never really intended to make it into something worth posting. It started out as a little doodle... It has taken me forever to redo it, fixing the proportions and everything piece by piece; layer by layer... Its the last time I try to Photoshop something from scratch, its not worth the aggravation.<_< My early versions of her kinda make me cringe now They aren't nearly up to my usual standard...
