He already butchered House of the Dead and Alone in the dark, now he's preparing to butcher Bloodrayne, Far Cry, and Hunter the reckoning. He must be stopped!

If you don't like someone's movies, don't go see them. The movie studios must like what he does with the franchises they license, since they keep giving directorship over to him.

No, there should be real consequences for doing bad film. You could have a three-strikes-and-yer-out for director/producers/whoevers responsible

Bad film is when it loses money, or doesn't make very much. As long as people go see dren like Alone In The Dark, House Of The Dead and such, Uwe and others like him will keep making the movies.

Please enlighten me someone. Who is Uwe Boll, and what terrible films has he ... committed so far? I cannot remember having ever heard his name ...

 

It sounds German ... that's a bad sign. Most Germans make very bad films ... that's a general rule ...

he also has the film rights to Dungeon seige. He is single handedly killing any chance of videogame to film adaptations ever being taken seriously.

Uwe Boll makes Videogame movies a complete joke. His movies make the Super Mario Movie and Street Fighter: The Movie look like cinematic masterpieces.

Wasn't Uwe Boll the guy supposed to be the director of a Dungeon Siege movie? I heard last year some rumours about that, and how much his work sucks.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.

Ignorance won't save you from him though...only through education can we stop his spread.

The worst thing about him is that he doesn't take responsibility for his movies being bad. For house of the dead he was like "Well the writers didn't do a very good job, the game wasn't very good, and the actors sucked." Then he blames the internet for no one going to see the movies.

The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
