They choices/paths you take usually influence relations with NPCs and the ending. yes, but it needs to use the special system. you would have stats like endurance, stronght, charisma, int etc. and then you would have various "weapon" skills like hand, toungue, tentacle, **** etc as well as foreplay skills such as dirty talk, massage etc. and you would also be able to choose perks like longer p****, great endurance etc.
