In this screenshot the PC is fighting a Sith Assassin blocking with the Scorpion style lightsaber stance...

 

This is mainly posted for someone who wanted to see the screenshot but some Dev illumination woul always be nice :D

Well, the ol' compy's giving grief. Look at IGN's force powers video at the insanity power.

 

The exile uses force insanity on a sith assassin and then impales him usiong evan's scorpion style.

Yup, this was confirmed in the IGN Lightsabers article for KotOR II. You can learn 6 of the 7 fighting styles and each are useful in different situations e.g. to repel blaster fire, to fight with other sith etc.
