And then we're into the Albastra saga* (*explaination of the above: In the anime One Piece, one of the arcs is called the Albastra arc/saga. In that arc, the main character and his pirate crew escort the Princess of Albastra back to her homeland since she's under the danger of being assassinated by Crocodile, one of the Seven Armed Seas. When they arrive here, however, they soon discover that they have to confont Crocodile himself to stop a bloodbath that Crocodile wants to start in order to gain the country of Albastra for himself... At this point, I'm hoping that the romance portion of the game won't be limited to one character per PC's gender. For example, I could see Atris being the romance character for the LS character & Mira being the romance character for the DS. Just because you have a strong moral code doesn't necessarilly (sp?) mean you're a good person. Take Canderous as an example. Of course, this is all nothing but speculation on my part, but that's what we're here for, right? But Canderous would kill with no thought, until recently, but Mira won't kill at all, unless she's in danger, then she regrets it....but I hope she is swayable... Don't we all? . But it might not be easy. She isn't naive or anything like that, so unless you can really convince her that her ideals hold her back or something like that, she'll be solid as a rock <_<. I guess I didn't get my entire thought across when I cited Canderous as an example. First, he had his own code of ethics, albeit from the skewed standpoint of a Madalorian warrior, and he wasn't really a good person, until after the PC completes his sidequest & he starts to think about his life. What I didn't really articulate, though, I always thought Canderous would be a more appropriate romance interest for the female DS character than Carth was. Besides, Atris has white hair and this person is blond. I remember mentally comparing what I've seen...we've seen a lighter version of this person (in force alignment) who was the pc, and once again, I refer to the walkthrough video... I'm under the impression that Lucasarts is filtering the info depending on how near the releasedate is. At this time, no vital info has been released, so i'm guessing that Atris is very important to the story, so she will be revealed very close prior to KotOR II's releasedate.
