July 12, 200421 yr Use the setting as it is presented in canon or don't use it at all. Only the movies are considered cannon material. Except you're very adamant that the PnP game was the original source material for KoTOR, and that KoTOR needs to treat the PnP like holy sacraments.

It is obvious that Hades simply adjusts his arguments just to remain antagonistically objective.
July 12, 200421 yr I figured he'd respond with "Obsidian is just doing whatever they want on this game! How dare MCA design a game himself rather than try to cater to disgruntled anonymous people who've gone on the record of saying they won't buy the game!"
July 12, 200421 yr It is obvious that Hades simply adjusts his arguments just to remain antagonistically objective. Hey, you deserve a wookie! W is for wookie, that's good enough for me!

July 12, 200421 yr Didn't we kill him on the wookiee planet when we got the Sword of Bacca. By the way, Bacca means "No Beer here."
July 12, 200421 yr Author Didn't we kill him on the wookiee planet when we got the Sword of Bacca. By the way, Bacca means "No Beer here." That was a Tarentatek, who BTW is a by-product of Sith Alchemy.
July 12, 200421 yr Ever wondered where all this stuff about Exar Kun came from? Ever heard about comics? Sith alchemy and sorcery was used by Naga Sadow I believe.
July 12, 200421 yr Author How do you know the Sith created Teranteks. It wasn't stated as fact, but it was generally implied they were the product of Sith Alchemy.
July 12, 200421 yr Actually i believe it said that Teranteks were created by the Dark side of the Force
July 12, 200421 yr Author Actually i believe it said that Teranteks were created by the Dark side of the Force Well, who do you think used the Sith Alchemy to make the creatures? Darksiders perhaps?
July 13, 200421 yr Author So wuts the difference between Sith Alchemy and the Dark side of the Force?? Sith Alchemy is a method of using the Force to alter or enhance the composition of objects....often weapons & lifeforms. Sith Lords (like Naga Sadow) in the past often used it to make deadly weapons or modify creatures. It might also be usable in lightsaber crystal synthesis.
July 13, 200421 yr So wuts the difference between Sith Alchemy and the Dark side of the Force?? Lost arts, things it takes knowledge, skill, and the DS to do. Stuff like that. ALot of powerful articafts and poisons are a result of sith alchemy.
July 15, 200421 yr I think Sith Alchemy is a great idea, mutate enemy creatures into "helpful" terrentateks. Create powerful saber crystals (perhapse one that creates a poison that is emitted upon a certain attack that damages enemies then turns them into allies). However the LS needs something equaly powerful for it's classes. Perhaps anceint jedi arts, mabey a defencive field that a jedi can conjur that they and their party can walk through but dark jedi cannot. That could be one of the lightside powers.

You mean like the Force protection power in the first jedi knight game?
July 15, 200421 yr Author Jedi Masters should be able to absorb offensive Force powers like Lightning & Drain. (like Yoda)
July 18, 200421 yr Jedi Masters should be able to absorb offensive Force powers like Lightning & Drain. (like Yoda) That's what force immunity is for.
July 18, 200421 yr perhaps one that creates a poison that is emitted upon a certain attack that damages enemies I think you may have something here.
