The second reply always creates weird body horror images where a person screws their lips up in such a way that they can kiss themselves...

Unobtrusively informing you about my new ebook (which you should feel free to read and shower with praise).

Well, finally ran across my own colliding planet system in NMS. I knew of them, but it's rare. Sadly, since every planet is its own "instance", so to speak, you cannot run across from one to the other. The closer you get to the collision line, the more the game felt like it wanted to crash, lol. The world you're on stayed "tilted" in perspective, too - like it's stuck in a sense - vs. the illusion of horizon moving so you feel land stays level.  Neat to see "in person" tho.

Still gaming with my 9900k/2080ti/32 ram. One day I suppose a game may inspire me to finally upgrade. Maybe.

Was your ship blown in half in the top picture and you "ejected"?

Nah, just being out of the Corvette and jet pack space flying around in space.
Typically not much use for that new function outside of "visuals, neat" but Expedition has ppl looting "space wrecks" POI's that way.

Black Geyser

No spoiler tags as everything there is to spoil is above already.

?imw=5000&imh=5000&ima=fit&impolicy=Lett

I spent the next hour trying to kill the guy and survive. The game blocked the progress, though.

So, while I could kill the story-critical NPCs, doing so resulted in the infinite guards spawning.

No romance, alas.
?imw=5000&imh=5000&ima=fit&impolicy=Lett

I should have purchased this at the first opportunity.

Bloodstained

No idea why there were so many collaborations with the title. The thing felt quite uncomfortable and unpleasant to play.

Unexpectedly, it is an in-game costume.
