Saw the Gameinformer gameplay. Never got into Fallout but this art direction (more colorful) and deep rpg system with a less "gimmicky" VATS/Slow down system has me excited. There going to be a unique collector's edition? One without generic statues and actual items representing the in game world.

I'd like to know the answer too.

“Look at you, hacker: a pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you run through my corridors. How can you challenge a perfect, immortal machine?”

Consoles desereve an awesome box with some cool gifts, I reckon :)

Just what do you think you're doing?! You dare to come between me and my prey? Is it a habit of yours to scurry about, getting in the way and causing bother?

What are you still bothering me for? I'm a Knight. I'm not interested in your childish games. I need my rest.

Begone! Lest I draw my nail...

That should make this a shampoo dispenser so I can aim it at my head every morning.

I would love a collector's edition with something like a replica gun from game or just a statue. I would definitely buy a collector's edition for this game.

I would definitely buy... the digital version.

Fair play to you guys but I can't stand hoarding junk in my house.

I also prefer a pretty spartan life.  (My kids, on the other hand...)  But I do get nostalgic for the old days of PC gaming.  Opening that Ultima VII box, studying the Compendium and the cloth map of Britannia...

If this came with a sweet star chart or a solid Settler's Reference Manual, etc. I'd be interested.  If it's just some plastic model...pass.

From a digital perspective, a good soundtrack is always nice.  A phone app that actually did something in-game would be pretty cool.  Imagine you could play Fallout: NV but your Pip-Boy could be on your phone while you played.  Or in a Star Trek-like setting, it would be like your communicator and/or Tricorder.

I'm kind of like that at this point in my life as well. Not that I don't buy things, but I don't buy/collect a lot of physical things anymore, outside of household type necessities.

That said, if they wanted to create/print a paper making of/guide/artbook combo of some sort, I'd pay $30-$60 for that (edit - maybe a bit more), depending how thick/fancy it was (don't care about hardcover or super fancy myself, oversized softcover is fine). Digital version is not at all the same and I don't care much about those, sorry.

You really enjoy spending money, I see.
