UI bug - Dmg done number won't vanish

Sooo, I was fighting against some Fampyrs at the Splintered Reef and finally managed to beat them.

 

Now I have number 7 in blood red showing on my UI pretty much middle of the screen. It won't go away even if I load a saved game even those prior to the fight it appeared on my UI.

Restarting the game fixes it, but kinda annoying to quit the game for that

I had the same issue but with two Valian Paladin health bars, which carried over from a ship battle. It persisted on every active screen (including the world map) until I restarted.

I had a 35 floating in red the entire time I was playing Beast of Winter. I wrote it off as like, me taking damage out of combat, my soul eroding inside the Vytmadh. But yeah I guess this is probably a fairly common new issue post 2.0

Just had this with Nimble, so it's not just numbers. Incase that wasn't common knowledge yet (probably is).
