every time im getting off of grounded I make a just in case save and log off but when I load the game back up it did not save at all it just brings me back to the same save file from day 163 to 157 save file and it dose not remember any of the save files I did be for I think it hast to do with the choice if I wanted to use xbox hard drive or cloud I wanted to click cloud but accidentally clicked xbox hard drive and I thought this will be fine but when I just got the zip-line blueprint built a couple of zip-lines and divide to take a brake so I saved and logged out then logged back

When I start the game in steam, I can only click in "New Game". Options two and three stay loading and, during the game, I cannot save game. Please help. O.S: Windows 8.1 Intel i7 4700MQ 2,40 ghz Graphics: Nvidia 740M 1 ghz RAM 4 gb I have tried even updating to new beta 1.04, but still nothing. I have verified cache, unchecked Steam Cloud, but nothing, I cannot save games.

I pose that, limiting the locations where the player may save, would greatly limit save scumming in general. Perhaps not anywhere in a dungeon, perhaps simply not in a dungeon - regardless, I believe that being able to save whenever and wherever causes gameplay to suffer. The value of randomness and risk is negated and the player is encouraged to deny his own choices (and, therefore, become strangely selective of what constitutes a 'fair' game or not).
