I've found a bug where entire area of Undisputed Claim turned hostile (faction didnt turn hostile as ACs in Eden are neutral) after I stealth killed no-name NPC, with neither witness nor bounty. You can find such NPC within the same area as Willard Konnen. There was no important npc warning unlike if you kill Kaur or other that causes instant faction hostility.

I'm having issues where I can't debrief with Tristan to complete the Casting off the Veil companion quest. When I set it as the active quest, the little head symbol displays over Tristan but all I can do is select the generic repeatable dialogue options. Is anyone else experiencing this bug and has anyone found a workaround for it?

I'm doing the Pinching the Pupa quest, already solved the murder mystery quest. I fast travelled to the mantisaur nest, the first set of flying enemies when entering the nest I was going to stealth, I'm using a heavy weapon (hammer). When I try to stealth it gives me two options X to stealth and Y to hack, when I push or hold X it attempts a stealth while also putting away the weapon, it doesn't put away the hammer and now I cannot attack at all or switch weapons. Reproduced this issue 3 times.

On Listening For a Clue quest after killing Perrault and looted his body for the Oculus Collating Post Navkey , there is no further dialogue between Tristan and Virgil, on the nav System i don't see cculus collating post to be selected, to progress the quest further. seems like bugged out, the quest just put Perrault is killed.

A bug I've experienced is that if you're on Inez's companion quest "Full Measures", and progress far enough in the story that you choose to go against Auntie's Choice and lose access to the ACS Undisputed Claim, you do not fail the quest, nor do you have the ability to finish it. It just stays in your quest log uncompleted.

Ever since I picked up Tristan and dismissed Niles to put Tristan in the party, Niles has completely disappeared from the Incognito. I can still add him to my party when I leave but he's missing from the ship and so I can't talk to him there or do any of his interactions. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Have you been able to fix it? I've tried various things like putting Niles in my party and then sending him back to the ship but it doesn't work. I would try restoring to before I got Tristan and sending Niles back before the dialogue to add Tristan to the party but I didn't notice the problem for a long time and I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past that now. Please help!

There are a couple of bugs here working in tandem so I'll try to explain it as clearly as I can. I cleared Spireton hours before getting the quest, while just randomly exploring the planet. When I reached the point in the story and received the An Equitable Arrangement I went to Capture Spireton there were six NPC’s 3 from Anties Choice and 3 from the Order. I interact with the Order Npc and instruction him to wait till I've taken out the turrets (reminder: I'd cleared this base earlier, all enemies are dead, turrets have already been destroyed). I walk up to Spireton and of course, everyone is dead already. The objective maker still covers the area and there is nothing I can do to clear it. Because this part of the quest is optional. I go down to the archive myself and lower the elevator. When the elevator is lowered the NPCs on the bridge say some canned dialogue like “enemy reinforcements omg attack” the npcs don't actually trigger or attack anything and just walk around unalerted and of course my reinforcements don't come down the elevator (I assume because they are waiting up top for me to kill enemies that are already dead.) No matter I think, all of this is optional, I'll just clear the archive myself…..fast forward. I speak with the supercomputer, get him back to 100% choice the order personality type and the computer tells me to give control of the archive over to my chosen ally. My objective maker moves upon leaving the conversation with the supercomputer but only to the main entrance of the archive (where the 4 display cases are that hold the Tremour Cleaver etc). My objective tells me to “Secure the Archive for your Allies: The Archive is badly damaged. You won't be able to hand over the Calcaduceus you've made repairs necessary to generate the rift data” I want to assure you that have fixed the archive. I've cleared all the underground. Sorted out the cooling in the reactor and the things at the other base. Cleared the other two personality types and it unlocked the remaining display cases. When I try to interact with the supercomputer now it just says “I have no further information to impart at present” If I try to do the main quest I have “Sins of the Past on the precipice of the Future” when entering my ship Val talks to me and tells me (I'm paraphrasing) “it's endgame time and you've got no Allies make sure you deal with the archive to get allies” So I'm stuck. I've no way of handing control of the archive over and if I chose to continue will be going in the end game with no Allies. I'm 73hrs in, please help. The patch on the 11/11/25. Did not fix this issue Playing on PC

Hello everyone! I am having an issue where I have started the Crash Course in Telemetry mission and Persephone Doyle is no where to be seen for me to pursue the optional objective. She is not behind the bar and she is nowhere to be found in or around Caffeintegration Point. I have not spoken to her before, I've seen that she is related to another mission but I have not done that mission. I have seen online elsewhere that I am not the only one with this issue. Any help would be great! Either that or maybe it can be fixed in a patch.

Good afternoon/evening, I hope everyone’s having a great day, and had a great weekend! So, as the title suggests, has anyone experienced this bug? If so, how did you fix or rectify it? I’m currently finished doing everything necessary to get AC and The Ascendants, spoke with Ruth for the collaboration and unification of AC and them, then did the same for AC, and when I turn the mission in I’m told I get to talk to her, so I do. In that conversation, she asks if I still want to pursue a partnership or an alliance between the two factions and I say yes, she says okay and to not keep her waiting, negotiations will commence in a secured room. I got to use the elevator to meet with them, and I don’t have access. It says I’m not able to use the elevator as I lack the trust I assume? Yet I’m basically maxed out with both factions for the good, i just can’t access the telecommunications room. Please help?

Hello! I've recently put 20 hours into my playthrough, and I found a game breaking bug at the end of "Fiends in High Places". Even after completing the puzzle and getting the bridge to extend across, the door that should open remains sealed, locking me out of the rest of the station/finishing the quest line. Notes: - "body found" enemy notification keeps popping up, despite no enemies being visible (yes, I even put the N-Ray mask on to see if I was being insane, lol) - fight music plays despite enemies not being in the area. - both fuses are in their respective spots and cannot be removed after placement - both sides of the bridge are lit up, indicating that the puzzle has been completed. - door remains sealed despite all prerequisites for it to be open being met. - no way around the door, from what i can see/find. Anyways, super hoping they're working on a fix for this because it's incredibly frustrating... my last save to load before this is one from when I only had 4 hours in game, so I'd basically just be starting all the way over....... and I don't want to do that. Thanks for any help.

In the quest “Fiends in High Places” there is game locking bug in the section with the two fuse puzzle to power up a bridge. After powering up the bridge and extending it, the door that needs to open to continue the quest remains sealed. I’ve seen some people mention that it happened when they engaged the enemies in the area prior to finishing the puzzle. In my current save, one of the fuse sides is still marked as unpowered up even though the bridge is extended. My last save before I had the bridge extended is over 5 hours ago, meaning I’ve pretty much locked myself from playing the game moving forward. If this bug is fixed, would it be able to fix my current save or is it completely bricked? Couldn’t add pictures because the file size of a singular screenshot from the Xbox Series S is too big apparently.

This perk is bugged in multiple ways. One, sometimes when killing unaware humans, a heart is not harvested. Two, even when a heart is harvested, HP does not always increase. This may be related to the Treacherous flaw, which reduces Base HP by 25% (which should not affect Max HP, but this may just be bad wording), but in that case the heart should still give +1.5 HP instead of 0.
-
Currently, the serial killer perk's description states that, when killing a human, a heart will always be harvested from them if they weren't hostile or didn't fight back. However, I've tested this many times with stealth kills, both from range and melee, and have never gotten a single heart from an instant kill on an unaware human. I've only tested it against hostiles, not innocent people, but according to the description, that should work as long as they don't fight back.

Currently, tapping a gamepad button disables the mouse from controlling the camera. Basically, you can play with a keyboard and mouse or with a gamepad, but not both. Blocking one input when the other is in use causes issues for users: Steam deck/couch gamer crowd that use flick stick/gyro when playing. -and- Disabled folks that use work arounds to enjoy games; like one handed controls where gyro to mouse support supplements aim. Please consider fixing the bug so simultaneous/mixed input works like it does in your other games (Grounded and Avowed to think of two). If you could add a toggle to set the default ui/button prompts to gamepad, that’d be the icing on the cake. Thanks.

I have just received the 'Snobbish' flaw: DESCRIPTION You don't like getting your hands dirty and don't have the stomach for manual labor. You can no longer breakdown your items, but any crafting materials you find sell for more. EFFECTS +20% vendor price for crafting materials You can no longer break down items. I did, however, not receive it because I've bought a lot of crafting materials... I triggered the flaw because I sold a lot of materials. It seems the game mistook me selling the items for buying them. I generally like the 'flaw system' because it highlights my choices (I received the 'Treacherous' flaw because I save-scummed for example. And yes, I also accepted the 'Flawed' flaw). But, it needs to make sense. I skip dialogue? The game 'punishes' me with a timer in conversation. That is fun and makes sense in a way. In this case, I received the 'Snobbish' flaw and the description reads: 'You don't like getting your hands dirty and don't have the stomach for manual labor. You can no longer breakdown your items, but any crafting materials you find sell for more.'. That feels wrong. I was selling said crafting materials because I needed money, yes. I had al those materials because I was very diligent in exploring, looting, crafting and breaking down items for materials. That's how I ended up with a large surplus. By 'getting my hands dirty'. I also have the 'Hermit' flaw for example. That felt right. In this case, it feels like the game made a mistake. I don't mind it that much, but this feels like a bug to me. I don't know if it matters but I was selling the items to the Vendor Mech at the Greater Tranquility Station (in order to buy ).

I decide to choose Autie's Choise side during main quest in Archive, so Recall Order for the Trifurcated Brain also active. I completed main quest(A Complication with the Computronic Cerebrum) in Archive (reprogrammed UENIAC to Auntie's Choise Logic, give Calcaduceus to Ursula Ormsby). Then "Recall Order for the Trifurcated Brain" quest requires "Return to ACS Undisputed Claim" (return to office where Ursulla and second VP are located. But when I return to Auntie's ship station, port are invaded by Order troops (they are hostile to me because I choose Auntie's side). I killed all of them and simply move to Ursula's office, all Auntie's NPC are also hostiles but reputaion with Aunte's are "Respected level" and do not drop when I killed them. So when I reach door to office it simply blocked by barricade and Sealed. Any suggestions to avoid this bug?
