Torment Help
Its been too long since I used any of the Torment editors to remember if they had Faction editing or not. But FWIW Sorcerer's Place has a collection of savegame editors for the game, so you could check them out.

Vampire: Bloodlines
Obviously because the ones that have a jiggle to them are not wearing a bra?? I not 100% convinced this is the case; first off in real life, breasts still have some movement even in a bra. Having tried out a fair number of the different models in the game, and a number of those have a bounce that is consistant with being in a bra AFAIK (ie theres a bit of bounce across the top to indicate breast movement while "restrained" in the bra). I can't remember all of the ones that fit this, but Therese has some bounce, but is clearly supposed to be wearing a bra and one of the Chinatown models as well. This is also born out by looking at the odd way certain models deform under the "money x" code. The ones that don't change at all under this code are the breasts that don't move at all. Amid those that do respond to the money x code, the level of "bounce" is different as well; the malkavian and Rosa has a bit of "swing" and bounce, some (like one of the Chinatown models I mentioned earlier) has just a minor bit of bounce, one of the "stripper" models rolls around like a pair of loose cumquats and so on. So it raises the question why some are bouncy and others aren't.

That may be, but it still seems odd to me...

Vampire: Bloodlines
I wouldn't say its a fixation; I just can't figure out why they decided to have some models jiggle and others not to.

Vampire: Bloodlines
Several of the skins appear to have bounce, while others don't. Wonder what determined that...? Funniest one was probably watching the opening with one of the stripper skins because it had such a completely incredibly unconvincing mega-bounce as the character walked behind the Prince as to be comedic.

Movies You Have Seen Lately
Yeah its in wide® release now in the US. Which meant, naturally, the local theater didn't get it so I had to drive a bit to see it. Still it was worth it, IMO. Pity it (and Children of Men) got their wide releases so messed up.

Change the character model for the Toreador to one of the in game models.

Movies You Have Seen Lately
You know I liked the film but Film I saw yesterday though was Pan's Labyrinth Really good, really moving, really brutal at points. Very well made.

What are you playing now?
I'm still playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines aka as the All-World Game Title Puntuation Champ. And working through Night Watch, Sacred Gold and Freedom Force (as a lead up to taking on the Third Reich in part 2!)

Vampire: Bloodlines
^Just to test it out, I went on a killing spree. First time through I didn't even see those warning tags. It was kinda fun until the game crashed.

Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360???
I'll wait until I see something from the game itself before even thinking of forming an opinion. Or something.

Vampire: Bloodlines
I checked the models and sure enough you're right. That said the quest dialogue certainly doesn't seem familiar (and the presentation is that its an NPC the player is talking to, so it makes me wonder if the skin got reused or if it was just something that, like you said, was mocked up). I think the character models that appear in the begining are linked to which character you're playing (or just randomness). Any idea what the quest was?

Vampire: Bloodlines
Well...I couldn't figure out how to get VampEd to extract the files. But what I realized (unless I accidently extracted the files and didn't realize it) that the necessary file was already un-extracted by having applied the unofficial 3.2 patch. So I made my backup copy and figured out who was what, sorta. I'm still not 100% sure what all the models are called, but once that's sorted its easy to do... Well I played around a bit more with this with some free time. It looks like a number of the "common" skins don't seem to work, possibly because they weren't in the game proper (the one I remember distinctly was a female hunter in the Society of Leopold folder...but I don't remember seeing any female hunters there). Or I'm doing something wrong. Entirely possible! Which also makes me think of something gameplay related - on the back of the box there is a shot of the main character talking to a female vampire(?) in a cowboy hat. It appears to be in the Confession Club in Downtown, but I don't remember ever seeing a character fitting that description. Did I miss something (easily possible, as I've only played through once), or was something removed from the game?

You named your vampire Rosa? I'm using Rosa's skin for my vampire character having edited the clandoc.txt file to do so. Hence the line.

Well I suppose I could look to those things next time around provided I'm not, like, you know, dying. In other news, I got the skin switch to work.

^which time it went down? lol But yeah I think the downtime really hurt the retention rate. Of course I think the loss of the political forum took out a lot of the casual chatty posters. But still, it was fun times...
