Maybe some of you have the same problem. You would like to play the co-op just for fun, but nobody from your friends list is interested in the game or is not buying it at release. I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to create a Steam group, so that we can find some co-op partners more easily. It is always more fun to play with people you know in one way or another. Right know, the group is not public, but of course I will accept all invitation requests and appoint more moderators later. If you all would prefer a public group, so let me know and I will change that immediately. Here is the link: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/OuDS Of course former and present Obsidian employees are welcome, too.

Patch will be out next week maybe. Here are the patch notes. But it is not the full list. Maybe I can finish my first playthrough finally.

It's just speculation, but the next issue of these magazines will be full of E3 coverage. So the focus will be on Mass Effect 3 & Co. Considering that Square Enix has made a wise choice. I'm more curious why there are no reviews by magazines from other countries.

The German 360LiVE Magazine (it's not an official magazine): 8.5. Just for comparison, other ratings in the same issue are: L.A. Noire 8.8, Red Faction Armageddon 8.1, Brink 7.3. Graphic: 7 * detailed enemies, nice enviroments, but there is room for more Sound: 8 * brilliant ambient noise, good synchro, nice music Controls: 8 * Such games only work with mouse and keyboard? As if! General Pro & Cons: + motivating gameplay + coherent look + bulky magic effects + good length + demanding enemies + very well thought out combat system + well arranged menu + comfortable help function + carefully balanced heroes - you can't create your hero from scratch - the presentation of dialogs - the first hour is a little bit dull - sometimes loading times could be shorter - no optical difference when you equip your hero with a new armor * the reviewer thinks the game is very addictive ("Just one more level up!") * 25 hours for the first playthrough on normal difficulty. * inventory is really good * an absolute stable framerate

GameStar: 80 % (which is their lowest rated Obsidian game, including the NWN2 addons, excluding FNV DLC). The coop was rated separately, saying it's very good and a lot of fun. Graphic: 7/10 + cool effects + good animations - moody textures - environments are not very detailed Sound: 8/10 + nice music + very good German VO - little ambient noise Balance: 8/10 + three levels of difficulty + good tutorial + good learning curve - some fights are too hard Atmosphere: 9/10 + a dark fantasy world aside elves & dwarfs + interesting characters - lifeless landscape Handling: 7/10 + freely saving possible + helpful guide + very good to play with a gamepad - too complicated with mouse and keyboard - minimap isn't very helpful Length: 8/10 + a lot of optional quests + replayable because of the four heroes + Co-Op - the distances you have to run are sometimes too long Quest/Story: 7/10 + heroes with different storys + nice main quest with choices... - ... but the solution is at the end very fragmentary and kludgy Character development: 8/10 + easy to understand + three different stances with three subordinated skills + useful passive skills - you can't create your hero from scratch Combat system: 9/10 + a catchy 'ballet' of attack, defense and healing + you have to use special attacks + helpful companions - you can't give commands to your companion Items: 9/10 + a huge amount of class specific weapons and armors with different bonuses + golden items especially powerful - but the inventory is also full of junk - collecting gold is unnecessary So that's it. Hope the translation does not sound too bad. PC Games (Germany): 85 % (but I don't have read the review)- Is Obsidian Just Filling In?
Was it GameStar or PC Games? Because I just read the GameStar review... Why have you not started a new topic for reviews?- Pictures of your games

Back in February three additional add-on packs were planed. But because of the latest redundancies at Obsidian it is hard to say if all of them will be realized. Edit: Damn, to late. - Reviews
