I asked J.E. Sawyer some time ago and he said he had problems with the server and when he has time, he'll put it up again. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to have much time... If he puts it up again (if only for a while) or sends it to me, I could copy it to The Vault - Fallout wiki if he doesn't mind it, so that it's not lost.

You do realize that not everyone lives in the US? It was April 1st already in Europe.

The "find all posts by this user" script from user's profile is broken - it doesn't find any posts.
