That was the point though. While they may socially be kids, they are in fact biologically adults. Two things have probably changed. 1. The shame factor isnt there anymore. Underage mothers used to be spirited away by the families and no one would think of making it a public scandal. 2. Access to infomation. If you know the theory and are biologically ready there isnt a lot that can stop you putting into practice. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Fairly good points and I agree.
