  2. More like Sur-moron, m i rite?
  3. Nerd-lore states that all guys named Sephiroth are guys. Actually one guy. So, yeah. I'm listening to Tenacious D Edit: Is that the QOTSA dude on the drums?
  4. Indeed. Happy b-day Nart and Lou. Uh-huh.
  5. Melechesh - Touching the golden spheres of Sephiroth Yeah, I know Suidakra - Highland hills They're from Germany, so you'd expect them to suck, but this little fiend is pesky and angry enough to hold on it's own even though they could have chosen a reasonably better genre or at least a mythos then celtic melodeath.
  6. "Anything more than a marginal effect" lawl Yeah, I can totally destroy those chaos predators with just my trusty plasma rifles. And he complains about the lack of grind. I have found DoW games to be the exact opposite. Many battles end in draws and even though the enemy might have some steel to throw at me after the battle, my battlements usually chew those or I get some gear going before they annihilate my base. On the other hand, battles can go on for ever so long, since special abilities fluctuate the unit morale so much and retreats can turn into feints. This is especially true with heavy armor like latter tier tanks that can completely rule a battlefield at first and yet be completely decimated once the foe gets his antitank squads to flank the guarding masses of cannon fodder. Melta bombs are a real bitch if you think your fire prisms are invincible. On that notion, a hell hound can totally decimate well-organized infantry force. Of the games I've played in Starcraft, not so much multiplayer, note, most of the game seems to be based around dying in a torrent of siege tank fire when assaulting a base. More often than not you can't get the high tier anti-defence "casters" in to the fray since most of your time goes into rush-defence. Alternatively, you can die of facing an early rush.
  7. Immortal - The Darkness that embraces me
  8. Immortal - Wrath from above Nice flow there, although I prefer SoND and atHoW
  9. Really, it doesn't look that bad. Get glasses.
  10. Compared to what? Betrayal at Krondor? Blade of Destiny? Lands of Lore 2? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> NWN1. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Compared to the earlier screens I saw.
  11. Yeah, they are great. I do like the solo project, Harmaa, of the lead artist quite a bit more. They remind me of Ulver and are very folklorish without being mundanely viking. Right now: http://sieni.us/?id=30
  12. Tenhi - Kuulut kesiin(July's Wreath) Wreath of lament on your hair Thin flower threads July's tress Hidden lips Kept in secret
  13. Or Mars. We so need a colony that can revolt.

  16. Immortal - Beyond the North Waves *waves bearded axe in the air and screams bloody murder*
  17. I don't think anyone who regrets should be lobotomized, but yeah, just carcerating them isn't really the best final solution.
  18. Immortal - In my kingdom cold
  19. No no no, true knights would have raised a hundradefloc and then went bargin in with zweihanders.
  20. About the topic, I absolutely loathe people on the mornings who brag about how goddamn drunk they were last night. Gee, I thought you were bloody annoying and obnoxious enough that we draggede you out of the party. Too bad you don't remember a thing. Otherwise you'd be ashamed of how miserable you made the otehr partygoers feel. ****wit.
  21. Hahhah I'm actually quite suprised that you get to learn any European history at all. I've always thought that your menu consists of civil wars and native revolutions. I see that I'm wrong and am glad. :D
  22. wow... you guys have assignments on another countries revolutions? thats different, here we were just told crap about the french version in fourth grade and never thought of it again (until we saw History of the world part one) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm studying academic English - that includes British and American history. And you guys get a boatload of ancient history, which is like a rare strain of awesomeness candy to me.
  23. I'm appalled, truly. I shall now listen to Edge of Sanity and cry. Crimson Edit: Clutch rocks.
