Hey, nice work this afternoon Jags and Bok. We managed top three finishes in our team many times.

Former Oiler and current Flyer Patrick Thoresen went down to block a shot tonight and took the puck in a sensitive area. Word has it he may have to have a testicle removed. That's playoff hockey!

AAArrgghh! I can't watch both games at the same time! Or can I? edit:no I can't and make that four nothing Dallas.

Nice play by Matt Carle to stop Oldman Nolan from a breakaway. I've been watching a fair bit of the second period of the Stars/Ducks game and Anaheim isn't looking so good. So far they've taken seven penalties, to which the Stars have scored three times. And Brad Richards has that jump in his game again.

^^ Impressive. As for Avery, he may be the most productive agitator in the league. Myself, I don't really care for their roles on their respective teams, but it's part of the game, just like fighting and goonery.

I want to change my pick in the Dallas/Anaheim series. I forgot that Edmonton has their first round pick. This really feels weird, but go Stars?

Mine did that a little while ago. If it happens again, be concerned. If not, then no.

Personally, I blame both my lack of deking skills and the EA rosters for putting in Stoll and Torres.

Haha I was just looking at the standings myself. Let's see, what's my predictions? Eastern Conference: Montreal(1) vs. Boston(8 ): Montreal in seven. Tim Thomas will stand on his head a whole lot during this long first round series, but the Bruins will lack scoring. Pittsburgh(2) vs Ottawa(7): Pens in five. Washington(3) vs Philly(6): Caps in seven? Philly is hot right now. But something about a young team of Russians under the wing of Sergei Federov could really be the birth of something here. Then again, this will be the first playoff experience for a few of the Caps roster. And aside from hot **** d-man Mike Green, who would really want a defence made up of Tom Poti, Brian Pothier and Jeff Schultz? Jersey(4) vs Rangers(5): Rangers in six. If they show up. Western Conference: Detroit(1) vs Nashville(8 ): Nashville in six. Both teams have mixed it up in the past before, but I think Nashville will be hungrier. San Jose(2) vs Calgary(7): Sharks in three. Because Calgary sucks that bad. Minnesota(3) vs Colorado(6): Minnesota in five. The trap of the west will come alive! And Ryan Smyth will cry. Anaheim(4) vs Dallas(5): Ducks in four. Although Dallas has won its past two games, they've looked godawful the half dozen or so before those. Pronger will go a whole series without being suspended. With the amount of divisional matchups in the first round, I can see these games being pretty violent. Go playoffs!

She's all tied up, Krookster! I wonder how many rotations my defenceman did on that one hit in the second game? A 540? Or could it have even been a 720?

Knocked Up. Again. I still laugh my ass off at the pink eye scene and all the stoner humor, but I never realized how plastic the hawt chicks belly looked. It needed more stretch marks.

Lol, are you gonna be the Caps or the Pens?

RIP Charlton Heston
I'll remember Heston for great performances in The Omega Man, Planet Of the Apes and Soylent Green. Then I'll turn a blind eye to everything afterwards.

Even though the Canucks were routed by the Flames tonight, I'd like to tip my hat to Trevor Linden. Ahhh, memories of the '94 cup finals... Even though I'm lolling at the Viagra sign right above the exit to the Canucks dressing room. I wonder if Markus Naslund just played his last game in a Canucks Jersey as well. He'd better not end up in Anaheim next season. And I think it's great that the Caps are going to get a taste of the playoffs. I think if they match up with Ottawa in the first round they've got a pretty good shot at advancing. Phildelphia is hot again, so that may be a better series to watch. First round starts April 9th, does it not?

El Jaguarino is a night owl. He likes to play in the wee hours of the morining. That being said, he's on a little bit of a hiatus right now due to school commitments.
