I was three or four when my dad was diagnosed with the disease. At the supper table he went wiggy, ran outside and put his fist through the garage door. It took both paramedics and a couple of my uncles to hold him down. He takes his insulin shots religiously but sometimes if he doesn' eat enough or on time he totally zones out. It's not a pretty picture.

I liked it as well. But I don't get the SCIFI channel either.

The Count Of Monte Cristo just finished. It fit my mood a little. Now I think I'll go buy the book.

After crapping out early in my first poker tourney after winning the first three of four hands I'm now on a roll in my second one. For some reason I seem to be able to tell when someone is bluffing. Stoner senses for teh win!!

I'm in a poker tourney with someone from Edmonton, Alan. He said it was about 29 today. We had our first rain shower in what feels like forever today. I really enjoyed it.

They filmed that in my province. NOt that there was any doubt before, but the locals confirmed that Eastwood is one cool mother ****er.

My flying dreams always started out really akward. Kind of like learning to walk, I guess. Plus I always seemed to be flying over top of some big Canadian forest with no roads to use as navigation, so I ended up being airborne, but lost at the same time. go figure.

If you're going to download a series, try checking out HBO's Carnivale. I can almost guarantee you haven't seen anything really like it before.

I went through a period of about three or four months where I couldn't remember if I even had any dreams. Then for about three weeks in a row I'd have two recurring dreams. One was I was transplanted into a zombie filled world, and I'd be brutally tortured and eaten by some super fast undead creatures ala the new Dawn Of The Dead movie. I won't say how many times I woke up with my heart pounding. The other dream thankfully was much easier. It was the same theme, except it was against the old school, super slow zombies. Those dreams were better. They played out like Shaun Of The Dead. I miss the dreams where I can fly, however.

Wow, I just came home to see Hemsky singed. All I can say is I hope he shoots more. And it's great that they didn't break the bank on his contract. 24.6 million over 6 years is actuually not a bad deal for both sides.

There's only two people I've seen pull off a convincing Shatner. One is Jason Alexander. So he's out. The other is Kevin Pollak. So I guess there...is...NO...one.. able to pull...off such..a ..feat.

I've read rumblings that JJ wants Matt Damon to play young Kirk. Maybe they can dust the mothballs of of the guy that played Screech to play Spock while they're at it.

He's also done a slew of video game voice overs as well. Of course it's for games I didn't play, but what can you do? Just finished watching Resevoir Dogs. I hadn't seen that movie in quite some time. It was still very enjoyable. Chris Penn sweating in the office with his on-screen father and Mr.Blonde seemed a little odd...
