  1. I ended up watching the movie too, the JP audio was not that good but it was watchable in the end. @majestic
  2. Guess I could wait for the BR but that is 3 months. edit: Oh wow, it like a real cinema experience with soda chugging and popcorn eating audio added. 😄
  3. On to the second special and then debating if I want to watch the movie as the audio is not great.
  4. Damn, Djokovic really can't get that Olympic gold.
  5. I'm on episode 10, I did watch the special between episode 4 and 5. So far so great, it really is an emotional roller coaster of a series, but nothing can ever hurt me like Clannad did.
  6. The old one didn't last long... Did you find out what the issue was?
  7. I did see there is a movie and something else. Should I watch the special now or leave it for after?
  8. Seeing you guys discussing something other than SM got me interested in checking out Violet Evergarden. I'm on episode 4 and I really like it so far, I was really in a mood for a good drama anime.
  9. Rare for a sequel to be better than the first.
  10. **** dude, sorry to hear that. It's a good idea to have dash cam in your car. I've been procrastinating on getting one for a while, but I think if that happened over here even if I had it on camera I doubt it would help any with the police...
  11. Ok, who the **** are Bruno and Stjepan? 😂
  12. And rape will get you longer sentence then beating someone (over a slice of pizza) until he is permanently injured or dead (if we are going to move goal posts) and I would think that someone being dead/severely disabled as opposed to violated is not equal either. I don't agree with much of those distinctions as I think they are done emotionally instead of objectively, but let's not go down that path. I gave a very clear example of what I was comparing and what I was talking about. First of all the video in question did not involve a child, it did not even involve a helpless woman getting beaten, in fact I would go so far as to say that it was an equal exchange. If that is the way they chose to communicate, that's their thing. That it hits a nerve with you is your thing. I'm pretty sure it was posted and I'm completely sure civil and war violence was posted multiple times before and after that occurrence. Again let me reiterate that I do not care that the video is removed, it's site policy and not something that I get to or should decide. What grinds my gears is the subjective opinion that is being peddled as objective.
  13. To me it was weird, random, interesting seeing two people beat the living crap out of each other, to only cool down and work together to fix their mess shortly afterward.
  14. Aha, I think I get it, for you domestic violence is different to regular violence. I personally don't make those kind of distinctions, violence is violence. What difference is there if it's between husband and wife or police and civilians.
  15. Which is nowhere near the truth, it's equally ****ty everywhere if you look down far enough. But I think his point was more to the matter of the propaganda that's being propagated in the western media that Russian/Chinese are barbaric and uncivilized, on that I agree with him. Although in my, limited and personal, opinion I think in China an individuals life is not worth that much. I still remember a video from a couple of years ago when a small child wandered on to a street and got run over by a truck, people were passing by her and not even acknowledging her let alone helping her, in the end her mother found her on the street when she went looking. I would think that has to do with the sheer amount of people living there, I can't even begin to imagine how that would be.
  16. But anything goes in the politics thread, there you have no issues?
  17. And we (Serbia) snagged a gold medal in Taekwondo.
  18. I'm sorry but the women was clearly beating the man.
  19. Yeah, but I think Voyager was my first exposure to Star Trek so a lot could be overlooked, plus 7 of 9... I don't know, for years (more than a decade now) I wanted to give TNG another go, but I never did...
  20. I have a confession to make, I only ever watched DS9, Voyager and Enterprise. I tried watching TNG after seeing DS9 and Voyager and couldn't get in to it. Maybe I was overdosed on Star Trek at that point, or maybe DS9 and Voyager are the better series.
  21. Damn, he one taped that coyote...
  22. I spent the whole night watching this channel...
  23. 😱
  24. I'm going to talk with them on Monday, if for nothing else but to hear their excuse...
  25. It's this thing, observe the water fall. Now I assumed they would have something to collect the water (there were a few companies that advertised that), what they did is use a broom and spread the water all over the apartment... Guess that makes me an ass for assuming.
