Planted some really hot yellow highland pepper. I don't know how hot in scoville but the guy I got it from gave it a 9 from 10 on the hotness scale. Can't wait to harvest them and put those fruits on my pizza. Also today I tried to lift really heavy and not care about how many reps I could do, I did 3 slow bent over rows with 85kg, with good form and no swinging or cheating with the legs (like you always see in videos) at almost 90° back angle. Maybe I can lift my own weight someday, need to get better.

Yes, my cardio is mountain cycling and I only lift free weights, no machines. Got all the barbells, dumbbells, weights and pull up bars I need at home.

Downloaded the Ayrton Senna content for Gran Turismo 6, got the Lotus 97T '85 F1 car. It sounds gorgeous, its beautiful, a BLAST to drive with 540 kilograms, 1000+ hp and an ungodly amount of down force. Driving it with a steering wheel, pedals, clutch and manual H-pattern shifting feels extremely real. Heh, GT6 can be fun after all.

You're welcome, though I think I need to mention here that I've never been a member in a gym in my life, I hate gyms, though I know what you mean.

Gets pretty epic at the end.

One day rest per week should be enough with a normal exercise schedule, I've been lifting weights for 5 days / week + 1 day cycling (70-100 kilometers) as cardio + 1 day rest for years. Though I know you're doing an excessive amount of cardio, if I were you I'd make it two days. I know when I do lots of cardio I need at least 2 days of rest to refill my empty mineral storage or my endurance starts to decrease rapidly and me leg muscles get hard and weak.

Just watched the GoT fight Viper vs Mountain, loved it, but what it also did is remind me of how important grip strength is. Going to throw in some grip strength exercises into my exercise today, like weighted finger curls on the chin-up bar. Maybe I find myself in a trial by combat in the not so distant future? Being prepared can't hurt!

Our top three guesses for your English dialect: 1. Singaporean 2. New Zealand 3. US Black Vernacular / Ebonics Our top three guesses for your native (first) language: 1. Romanian 2. German 3. Vietnamese Next time I'm in a country where English is the main spoken language and somebody asks me what accent I have I'll tell them I'm a Romanian speaking Austrian with a Singaporean accent.

I've read many books about the war on the East, diaries from German soldiers. It was a war were sheer mass was more important than quality. I remember one report where a Tiger tank and if I remember correctly two Sturmgeschütze positioned on a hill shot ~ 70 T-34's and a couple of lighter Russian tanks in just one day and they still had to give up their position because they kept coming no matter how many the shot.... Also in all the books I've read it seemed that the Russians didn't employ tactics very often, there is that story where the Germans were attacked by a Russian tank platoon. To reach the German position said tanks had to climb a hill so steep that at the top the 88 Flak shot them in the ''belly'' destroying them instantly, one after another, for hours. The tanks couldn't hit the 88 because of the extreme angle but they kept attacking regardless. Two mg42's and a mortar took care of the escaping tank crews and the soldiers on sleds that were pulled by the tanks. According to the German soldiers diary their whole platoon was completely wiped out at the end of the day and the Germans suffered no losses. They had to give up their position though because of the sheer mass of tanks and troops that kept coming the next day. And those books weren't glorified war stories, later in the book / war the Germans got their asses kicked just as hard.

Oh God... what is that... unholy, uncanny-valley-y-looking thing? Creative ice cream cake from the deepest corner of hell.

I think a broke a record in being veiny today; one of the ugly downsides of dropping useless body fat. I hate when that happens but its IMO still better than being sloppy and soft looking.

A badly burned spherical brick of organic matter that is supposed to be a pizza with very minimalistic topping. It looks like it was baked in the core of the sun while being constantly blasted with gamma rays from a thousand quasars.

I do, sadly. I hope this Orlesian ball will be a good opportunity for my rogue to use some stealth and pick-pocketing ...oh wait, I'm going to be the head of a major organization, stealing stuff wouldn't make much sense. Meh.

We're a different person every single second. Our personality; what we are; is made from a unique combination of cells, cells that constantly die and get (imperfectly) replaced and re-arranged, subtly changing the way the brain works and thus altering the way we think and who we are. A frightening thought that makes the question ''what is consciousness'' and what is ''I'' even more complex.
