Hihi, yes backup guns are usually strictly for posing. So, can your g18 still fire semi-auto? My friend had a Glock19 and that is the most reliable GBB ever made, it never broke! But I would rather spend money on my main gun than buying a GBB. Preferably while clinging to the hood of a rundown Toyota pickup truck :D Its a shame that there are no russky guns except for the Ak47. There's a ton of authentic Russian equipment available but no airsoft guns It would be so sweet to play a good old commie and kick all those US army whores Damn now you've got me all worked up. There's is a club in town and all I have to do is buy myself a new gun and Im set, Ive still got all my old gear. I had a CA M16A3 with one of them, nifty Aimpoint sights. :D But I didnt play often enough for it to make sense to spend all that money so I sold the gun, still have the sight and the mags and everything else though. Airsoft has to be the most expensive hobby there is for non-millionaires. I have yes. :D The classic prejudice is that a Swede will show up with a meticulously realisticly modified M4 and 2000euro worth of tactical gear. While a Dane will show up with a taped up G3 wearing jeans and a paintball mask

This the standard issue 5.56mm Ak5 which is the Swedish army assault rifle. Its essentially an FN FNC modified for arctic climate use. The rubber muzzle protection is there because a many many soliders riding in APCs often cracked their teeth on the flash supressor. The Ak5 comes in many shapes and sizes with all acessories available. It uses the standard semi and full auto fire modes. Here is a very rare special police model of the compact Ak5d. Here is our M58 version of the FN MAG (the updated yankee model m240) It is POS machinegun that is not only 60 years old in the design but was never actually intended to be carried, it was strictly supposed to be a vehicle mounted gun. Nevertheless, we Swedes use them because they are cheap and durable despite their weight and clumsiness, the ever-clogging mechanism, the old-fashioned design that needs constant maintenance and its life-threatening disadvantage of often getting so hot that it continue firing full auto at maximum RPM until it runs out of ammo or jams and/or explodes. A friend of mine was a MG gunner and he told me this happened quite often.(he also told me you could try and jam it by grabbing the ammo link and twisting it but if the gun is firing at over 1000RPM you have to be quick or your hand is going to get jammed in the feed..ouch.)
