Most sites dont use the full scale. If you read the review you can usually tell what the game was marked down for and see if that applies to you. For example if a game scores 60% and the reviewer has a rant about how there is no functional multiplayer. If you dont care about multiplayer , then it wont be a 60% to you. NoM has a good system they have a list of what the positives and negatives are , thats easier than having to pick them out of the review.

So everyone on the planet is a potential aggressor ,hardly what I would call news. Well you can blame the people who purpatrated those crimes. Otherwise your guilty of racism. See your the one in the wrong here, because your expecting others to atone for crimes they had no part in. And that isnt justice in anyones book. See a lead on from that would be well so and so murdered someone but he's dead so lets charge his son with murder. See where your logic leads ?

If you were not even around at the time how could you have even been an aggresor ? It makes no sense. If the events are current thats a different matter, but your taking about accusing people of being an aggresor when they were not even born. Now I'm pretty sure that no court would convict you of a crime that occured before you were even born. When it comes to nations, since every nation has at some point been the aggressor in something or other there are no victims only other aggressors who lost.

I'd save yourself the effort it's horrible. It's very similiar to Silent Storm except the RPG and battle elements dont seem to be a good fit.

Well it worked. It's actually not bad I can see mkreku likes it knowing his liking of the Gothic games. I managed to make a crossbow and some other stuff. Found a chainsaw type thing too, but didnt have the skills to use it. It's kind of a slow starter and the combat system appears to just involve pointing and clicking for the most part.

And the classic excuse of failures is to blame someone else.

Well I tried downloading Hammer&Sickle and ran into the same problem. Turns out the direct X and drivers needed to be updated. Having jumped through those particular hoops I'll try installing it again.

Isn't this a classic case of blaming the victim for the misdeeds of the aggressor? Dosnt really bother me. Means I dont have to bother updating a PC or ever "settle" by turning down the options. This one does the email and the webshopping (not like I couldnt find a device to do that but anyway). As far as the consoles go, well I've got 3. All you need to do to switch between then is flick a switch on the appropriate power point and select which Scart socket you want active (even I with my laziness as an artform can accomplish these two tasks without feeling put upon). As far as effort goes, well it's a good deal less than downloading patches, updating drivers and all that jumping through hoops that owning a PC gaming machine entails.

Which is crap for two reasons. First those people were not even around at the time. They have nothing to feel guilty for or appologise for. Second, holocausts occur through history. There was a mini one in the balklands not so long ago. Why should this particular one be singled out for special attention ? Thats not the job of the historian.

For some reason I feel like saying "like Duh". Yes you can buy PC hardware that will do what a console can. But not in the same price range. Second how many noteworthy games are released on the PC before that hardware is again obsolete. Well you can type on a keyboard :D But even if you have the keys your still always going to be limited by the abilities of the person. No one could actually play a game that required the constant use of every key on the keyboard. The revolution is going to change the rules with it's pointy device anyway.

How is it selling out ? They made games for the PC when the PC was the most successful platform. Now the PC is waning as a gaming platform they are making them for something else. Don't recall anyone ever saying we will only make PC games for all time do you ?
