It looks like a Metroid game. The biggest thing I'm looking at is the movement, that's one of the main things that makes Super Metroid one the best games ever made. It looks nice and fluid in the video, even with no morph ball, spring ball, space jump, and speed booster, assuming all those are present in the game. I won't know for sure until I get to play it, which luckily should be very soon.

I do like that it shortens down to Double D, but for an entirely different reason.

The shoe does fit. Also, I prefer the term disgusting degenerate.

I have no issue with top Twitch streamers making bank, good for them, this is their job. As an aside, the other day I turned on Twitch and I got logged out for whatever reason, so instead of taking me to my home page with channels I follow and content I tend to watch it instead took me to the main home page. Right there staring me in the face, so obviously bring promoted by Twitch itself, since it was front & center, was a scantily clad woman licking microphones. Don't get me wrong, I have no issues with scantily clad women, I'll go so far as to say I'm pro-scantily clad women, but licking microphones? I mean, if people are into that, more power to them, but is this where we're at? This is what we're doing? Okay.

@melkathiMind sharing a picture of your dinosaur body pillow? Whichever one.

I found out what the squirrel graffiti is all about in Lost Judgment, I guess the side quest was previously blocked by main quest completion, or lack there of. Now to find them all. There are 56 and I found about half of them during my travels. Luckily the game marked them on my map even though the quest hadn't been officially started.

Yeah, umm... I'm into some weird ****, so I shouldn't judge, but I'm going to give wikifur a hard pass.

Following that logic, bird furries would be featheries(?) I'm scared to google this stuff. I don't want to end up on a list.
-
Why are the rat furries fighting other rat furries? Wouldn't their natural enemies be snake furries? Is that a thing? Gorgons, I guess. Edit: Or bird furries... Harpies(?)

Now that I'm done with the main story in Lost Judgment I'm doing side content, mainly school stories currently. I did some side content early on, just enough to make sure I would be fully powered up in fighting skills, snake style, anyway, I don't much use tiger or crane. After that I mostly focused on the main story; it makes sense story-wise to just stick to the main quest in later chapters. Would it really be wise to take the time look for squirrel graffiti (I still don't know what it means but I will find all of them eventually) while murderers are on the loose and on the cusp of getting away with it? Anyway, there's a ton of stuff left for me to do now that there's no pressure to expose killers. I've spent many hours doing school stories and I've only just unlocked the 6th of 10 clubs and only finished 1 of their stories. They could have made an entire game just from school stories alone, maybe not a $60 game but $30 or $40, given the amount of content, how good the mini-games are, and the quality of the writing. Plus there's DLC coming next year with a whole new story where I get to play as Kaito, which should be great.

After the season we had last year, I'll take a painful playoff loss. Right now I'm worried about just getting to the playoffs and all the different ways muh Boys could slip on the proverbial banana peel and hand over the trash division we're in. Assuming we manage to avoid said banana peel and it's time for Rodgers to once again play the part of Mola Ram, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Kali Ma Shakti De

Aww yeah, muh Boys are 3-1. Life is good. This is where my Cowboys sabotage themselves, right? I'm bracing for 5 Cowboys getting arrested, 3 getting suspended, and 4 more getting COVID this week.

I'm not completely sure, what drew me to the game initially was the developer Big Bad Wolf who made my 2018 GotY The Council. The way I would describe that game, for those that have not played it (you should, it's great), is the answer to the question "what if someone made a Telltale-style game but with actual gameplay and the choices did matter?" It was a heavily narrative-driven investigative mystery with light RPG mechanics and meaningful choice and consequence. I would guess VTM: Swansong will play at least somewhat like its predecessor, but the twist is that you play as 3 different characters. No clue if you can switch freely between them or if it's scripted.

I can't believe it but I'm actually excited for a Konami release. Granted, it's just a rerelease, but still. I am speaking of the Castlevania Advance Collection. From the reviews I've seen, this is a well done rerelease with some nice quality of life additions and the price is quite fair for 4 really good, albeit old, games. I mean, $20 is almost worth it for Aria of Sorrow alone. That game is so freakin' great, I put it on par with Symphony of the Night. I'm not going to sing Konami's praises for a rerelease, but it's kind of nice that they did something not terrible. It's out now for everything. I should be getting my Switch soon, I'll scoop it up for that. Those GBA games will feel right at home on that 7" OLED.

I finished the main story in Lost Judgment. If you've played RGG games before, you know the drill. While there's a lot of levity in side content the main story is all gripping drama. The ending had all of the emotions: Tragedy, heartbreak, anger, it was bittersweet because there was justice but at a severe price, but it was also uplifting because there was the culmination of a great redemption arc. There's not many things more uplifting than a well executed redemption arc. Anyway, I have tons of side quests and school stories left to complete in Premium Adventure.

Weird that Nintendo would set a video as "private" and how did I see it? Let's try this one from Atlus themselves: I can't see the original video I posted now either. Did Nintendo upload it by mistake? It's the same trailer. I don't see why Atlus would mind Nintendo promoting their upcoming Switch game.

Muh Boys are playing the Panthers this week to cap off a fairly difficult (roughly) first quarter of the season: @Bucs, @Chargers, Eagles, Panthers. That's 3 legit teams in 4 weeks. If we can come out of that stretch 3-1 I'll be quite happy. It won't be easy, though, the Panthers are playing well.
-
Yeah. I don't want to jump the gun, but muh Boys have looked good in every game this season; 2 of those were against legit teams and the one chump team we played we mopped the floor with them, which is what good teams are supposed to do. There have been so many previous seasons where we had tons of talent and would play down to the level of lesser teams and just barely beat them or even lose, so it was a good sign the way we roflstomped Philly. I don't follow your team nearly as closely as my own, but I wouldn't put much stock in the week 1 loss. It was week 1, y'all were coming off the off-season soap opera, plus playing against a Jameis team is always a roll of the dice. His highs are so high and lows are so low and you never know what you're going to get, that's what makes the Saints so fun to watch. Y'all just beat a Niners team that I think is legit so I'd say you're in pretty good shape.

I wouldn't be so sure. We're almost certainly getting only 1 team out of the NFC East, there's a good chance we're getting 2 out of the South, and it wouldn't surprise me if 3 come out of the West. Long way to go. My current NFC Wild Cards would be: Cards, Niners, Panthers (Panthers are leading the South but I still expect the Bucs to win the division). It's week 3 so obviously that's very subject to change. I do think the Vikings are a decent team, though, and the Packers are taking the North.

Muh Boys are putting the finishing touches on a hellacious asswhooping of the Iggles and the other 2 division rivals both lost yesterday, good times. I figured Philly would be our challenger for the NFC East this year, but after how we just stomped them... Granted, it's early in the season and a lot can change, but week 3 is where I usually start to get a feel for the pecking order in the NFL. I gotta say, I feel pretty good. Our only loss was to the defending champions in a game we could have, maybe should have, won and we got a win against a Chargers team last week that I think is pretty good. Giants are 0-3 and just lost to a Falcons team that I think is in the bottom tier of the league, the Redskins don't look much better, and the Iggles didn't bother showing tonight.
