Well this attitude shows that people wanting romances are just not very smart as the only even remotely representative poll was when a question was asked, if you are willing to sacrifice something like gameplay elements, C&C (not with whom to sleep with, although some games like love boat theme in their games), story, interesting relationships (not getting into digital panties) and etc.? Another thing is that this poll is not statistically significant as most of the people have gave up on these threads and topics long time a go. Only representative thing would be a questionnaire sent to PE backers, cause I somehow have a feeling that most of the people who voted yes here are not even backing the project. They were weak, but not because of the lack of consummation. Mainly because TNO couldn't given the events of the game have a strong romance. Which unless the plot is going to be VERY different than current events indicate, really isn't applicable to PE. No buffoons, because you had NO say in it and there were no dialogue written for it.

MCA doesn't like writing them and I sure as **** don't care about Hepler. There is a general rule of thumb, if a writer likes to write romances in games, he most likely sucks.

A story definitely worth it's weight in words. I come roughly a month later and I see same people use same rebutted arguments in the 10+ thread. Nonsense This is how it goes: a) I want romances, because they add depth... b) Then the points made by A get rebutted. a) Then some other guy makes the same points again and completely ignores or is unable to understand the points being made by opposition. b) These points made by side A get rebutted again, but in less polite fashion. a) Then the same points get used again without any regard to previous comments and etc. b) Side B understands that it's pointless to argue with special people and starts using ad hominems. a) Side A starts yelling: All those those against romances are impolite imbeciles that resort to ad hominems! There should be post limit per topic. People like qloher, Merin, HereticSaint ( whatever is that supposed to mean) are repeating same **** over and over again so it looks as if both sides have arguments. "Only the people I disagree with have repeated their argument, no on else has" And all you points were rebuked at least few times in these countless +500 topics. While your side still ends up repeating same stuff without any regard to anything that has been posted...
