  1. Normally, yes. But in a message board filled with geeks that haven't gotten any since, well, forever it seems normal to have a topic praising the physical aesthethical qualities of 3d meshes wrapped in textures. It's like someone getting aroused by Lara Croft's body in the original Tomb Raider game.
  2. I voted for the DVD. Although what I'd really like would be MCA himself. However, I think that logistically this would be kind of hard to manage.
  3. Liquido - Narcotic This is a song that came out way back when I was in Sweden, and at the time I hated it. Nowadays I like just because it's associated in my mind with Sweden. A similar thing happened with Tom Petty's Free Falling.
  4. I thought this topic was all about not keeping the hormones in check. :D
  5. Sawyer, perhaps? Edit: Or Darren Monahan, or Chris Parker. And let's not forget Feargus isn't done with his questions. Here's hoping he finds the time to answer them.
  6. Blur - Song 2 I get a feeling I shouldn't like this song, but I can't help it.
  7. I just made a quick visit to R6's official forums and found out it has respawning! WTF. How can a tactical shooter have respawning?
  8. I remember reading a review that said R6: Lockdown was awful. I think it said they had taken away the bit where you plan your mission beforehand. Is that true?
  9. Don't interrupt our fatherly love story.
  10. I don't know. However, they did decide to try to change it. As the saying goes, they made their own bed and now they have to sleep on it. Speaking of which, I haven't made my own bed but I'm still going to sleep on it. Nighty night.
  11. I dunno, put a skirt and a little blush on Hades, you might have something Don't forget the tight tube top.
  12. Yes, search in your heart. You know it to be true.
  13. Here are three clues. One per line.
  14. We should make a poll on which forum members are the cutest. Only women and gay men should vote, though.
  15. It's her, Imoen! I know, I know: lame joke.
  16. They did set out to change the world. The problem is that all they didn't actually do anything to accoplish that goal, and to top it off managed to change it nonetheless. Perhaps their message is that the key to changing the world is to do bugger all. In fact, it could be argued that this would fit well with their fascination with oriental religions as it's kind of a poor man's interpretation of taoism. Anyway, don't mind me Baley. I'm just bitter because I'm too lazy to do anything really creative, and spend all my time consuming other people's creativity. On The Road is better than anything I've ever written. My style is better, though.
  17. That's unexpected! I didn't know the Forums needed more mods. She will lock threads with a smilie.
  18. Food for the soul? Who the what now?
  19. It's just that I've always hated Bastila, even when playing the game for the first time. And the fact that everyone and their mothers seem to love her to bits just makes the hate grow more. It's not her physical attractiveness though (she's a meh in that department), it's the fact that I found her an annoying bore coupled with her being a major character in the game. And I thought she was a rather superficial character even for a CRPG. @Mus: Hooray! I know she can still win the poll!
  20. Well yes, I have to agree they were a stepping stone towards newer and, arguably, better things. Still, they did this unwittingly and it only happened because, at least as far as I know, there was no other movement at the time for the younger crowd to follow and admire. I guess it was just that they were new and edgy at the right time. And the poem was A Supermarket In California. It's in Howl. I don't think I should comment on poetry as my knowledge of it is sketchy at best. Anyway, generally poetry isn't my cup of tea, especially the more modern stuff.
  21. Yes, just not quite as cheap as "fast food" generally. They, for those of us in the food industry, are generally called "quick service resturants". Basically, it costs a bit more, takes a bit long and are generally more sit-down & to-go oriented then "drive through oriented. The quality is generally much better tho. Example: http://www.bajafresh.com/jump.jsp?itemID=0...mType=HOME_PAGE Then there are your solo/mom&pop places. As for doritos, I havn't had one in years (I'm willing to bet I'm the "healthist" eater on these here boards), but they are effectively crack. How about a restaurant that is not a franchise business of some sort? You know, a place that serves home made food.
