I'll settle for Falloutwind if it feels like Fallout... but I'd love what was to be Fallout 3 better as I know it'd be like Fallout

Ok, explain that How are consoles killing gaming?

Western RPGs dying out?
Which explains why the series is stronger then any CRPG. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Depends on your country. Also note: Square got absorbed by Enix... so much for strength

360 games even more expensive than Xbox ones
That's a pretty good analogy (the wood carving one)

Western RPGs dying out?
Final fantasy sucks and thus doesn't count.

Probably patching issues.... which I think is the main reason companies are focusing more on consoles. With consoles you don't have to patch your games... and patches cost time and money... plus the grief of irate players bitching and moaning about things not working to the level of their expectations. Consoles are probably cheaper, and less stressful.

But then again video games aren't a necessity good, they're a luxury good. Thus it isn't "disgusting" that game companies try to make money off an item that isn't needed to survive. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not really the point though. The goal here is sales, and what will get you more sales? Charging 50 per game and only 1 in 1000 can get it normally... or charging 20 and 1 in 50 can get it. (for example... I suck at economics so this is all guessing) 50 per 1000 people or 400 per 1000 people? Personally if I were selling something I'd rather get that 400 than the 50

Then get a console and join in the fun For the record, as PC tech improves new emulators are being made that can play those old console games. In fact I think with the right PC you can play Playstation games flawlessly. In a few years you'll probably be able to do the same with PS2/GC and Hexbox games as well.

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
I tend to agree. After all the movies are all about action. I think a starwars game made like bloodlines would work well

Low budget games don't count

Could be an omen of disaster, despite the things in it's favor.

Not if they go the WC 3 route.

Planescape Torment question
oh, and the toughness... I don't think there is any combat actually... but note it's been yeaaaaaaaaars since I last played so don't take that with less than a bag of salt. I think it's just a puzzle.

Planescape Torment question
Well... maybe it isn't essential then if you've played thru without doing it... I know that you can find one of TNO's old journals down there.. and a fairly powerful weapon.

Planescape Torment question
It's positive.. in fact needed... once. Don't do it twice... or screwed you shall be. and there is a way out, but for the life of me I can't remember... also, don't leave without getting "everything there"
