I have a feeling that the DA console ports(especially the PS3 one) aren't going to be so hot, at least compared to other built-for-console games.
I'd switch Spore out for the Sims franchise. I think most people have forgotten Spore already.
Halo 3 hasn't been out for that long. If Halo 3 is the first online FPS you play, it will undoubtedly have a special place in your heart.
Sometimes I think that most of you here live in a different world where the mainstream doesn't exist and gaming has become some weird underground thing that only a few people do.
Did you buy from their site? If so, that's some pretty nice profits for them.
I don't want an invite, but I'm sure the game will be fun. Here's a screen for anyone who is actually interested:

Game genres are defined by gameplay while others are defined by the setting etc.
I'd say ME's dialog system differentiates it from other action rpgs like Diablo etc.
Stalker is a shooter with RPG elements because it's main focus is the combat, the interaction and inventory management are secondary. Just compare it to Deus Ex.
I'm sorry, I thought this was about video games. Also, it's just correlation.
Someone suggested Prey, why? It's pretty much the definition of a mediocre derivative shooter.
Most people will probably say yes. I didn't really like it that much.
From a story perspective they are almost completely isolated stories. The only connection is that you are the same character from NWN2 OC and you get some off-hand references to the events of NWN2 OC.
I think that condemning a game because you click a a lot in it is stupid. If you really hate clicking maybe the game isn't for you, but hating clicking seems irrational.
Plus I think you can just hold the button down now.
