Here is an interesting question, do you not think a document like the US Constitution that is over 200 years old needs to be updated to reflect the reality of the social and political challengers of the 21st century? How can everything in the US Constitution really be relevant to modern society and yes I understand Constitutional lawyers debate and interpret this type of thing in courts nowadays but I wonder if it would make more sense to create an " update " of the US Constitution And of course I'm not suggesting the core values of the US in the Constitution get removed or surreptitiously changed....I am suggesting they get modernized And the only reason I mention this is because I'm sure if you could somehow ask most people who you may think have tried to "undermine " the Constitution they wouldn't see it like this. They will probably say something like " undermine? No not at all...I have only tried to make the Constitution more reflective of a modern society " So in summary my question is basically " is it a reasonable suggestion in the year 2016 to make some changes to the US Constitution " ?

There was an outcry of it showing Batgirl as a victim and that they would never show Batman in a compromising position on the cover of his own book, followed by like 20 examples of just that and the people providing the examples being blocked by the people who said there weren't any. The creative team then felt it didn't fit the tone and themes of the book. As it was a variant cover, of course it didn't, variants rarely reflect the content of the book. So the artist requested DC pull the cover, and they did. I'm pretty sure most people disagree with the decision, but it essentially wasn't DC that caved to the whiny crybabies, but the artists themselves, so the crybabies claimed the high ground. Marvel had the Spider-Woman artist contracted for several other covers but cancelled them after the outcry, but didn't pull the one that was released. As a new hire with Hertz I started with 5 days of paid vacation and 5 sick days paid (with five floating holidays). It's based on how long you've been with the company (I bump to 10 vacation on my second year). But at McDonalds etc it's just "oh you want a day off? Hope you can keep your rent going!"
