Strange that they are not getting into US, they probably have better immigration policies. There is also truth/lie detectors (I know they are not 100% correct) but surly its not that inhuman to ask immigration on detector if he thinks that killing apostates is ok, if its ok to beat your wife etc. Also as we know that most radicals are from poor background so maybe let in only these which have assumptions that will find decent job? I dont have all answers but its still better to do something than just sit on our hands and turn a blind eye on all of these problems. All European police are definitely not better than all US cops, I have had personal experience with both and overall I think US cops are better trained and experienced as they face more criminal activity But of course there are EU countries with excellent police that could be better than many US police but not all US police Germany, France and UK probably fit this profile

Okay I see your point, yes of course we cant blame all crime on Apartheid because I imagine certain types of violent crime should naturally reduce as time goes on because these perpetrators would get older and I do believe the worst crime is committed by people who actually lived through Apartheid And theoretically as time goes on the whole Apartheid legacy should get less and less

Yes so Shady is right in his assessment Even some black children born out of Apartheid could suffer from the Apartheid legacy and be born in poverty. But I am not suggesting all black people born in poverty commit crime, its always a smalll percentage of people. But there is always a solution, you will definitely reduce many levels of crime by reducing poverty. So there a link between some crime in SA and poverty
