  1. I had my lady friend from the strip club come over yesterday and we chilled, drank, smoked weed and just watched DSTV. Her name is Candice so that is how I will refer to her from now on She wasn't working so we both agreed this weekend would be a good time to just get to know each after the last raucous party. We had a good time and both got to know each other much better So I am looking forward to seeing her when she doesnt have to work I made a Cheese fondue for us, I made a different variety from the Fondue Neuchatel ...the recipe below is how they made typically in Switzerland http://www.food.com/recipe/neuchatel-style-cheese-fondue-108101 So I made a Rose Fondue, different because of the red wine http://ifood.tv/cheese/255722-rose-fondue It was nice but I prefer dry white wine as the main liquid base
  2. Gym and a routine must become a lifestyle choice, if you not committed and make these types of excuses then rather not go I have been making excuses to go to gym the last 6 months but started last week but I injured my muscle while rowing. I have been in such pain but its getting better now so maybe I'll take 1 week off Next time I intend to warm up properly I would say one can benefit greatly from a workout even if it's just once or twice a week compared to nothing. That's about the extent I can muster. I'm not one of those lifestyle people. I only go because I want to, that's not an excuse, and then the one near me closed and... now it's starting to sound like an excuse isn't it. I think you are being honest about real obstacles, I do the same thing .....especially the last 4 months when I literally found and used mostly valid reasons for not training. I packed my gym bag everyday in my car yet at 6 pm on the way home I always ended up taking a road away from one of the 3 Virgin Active gyms in my area.... I have nationwide Virgin access so that means I can train at any Virgin the country. But I always had similar reasons like I had a work deadline I had a dinner date or had to cook dinner for friends or family traffic Customer engagement Bar or club drinks Insatiable desire to go somewhere or do something urgently i came to realize after avoiding Gym for 4 months I stopped saying I couldnt go and after 2 months of not going I now am going to gym with no excuses, of course I need my injury to heal so I week of further rest
  3. That would mean your actions and decisions aren't your own, in other words you arent responsible for either what you do or what you think...and that includes the outcome Consider that for a second and think of what it could mean? Would it even make a difference? I mean, we couldn't ever know for sure. So would it make a difference? It would matter hugely to many people who now could commit any crime or wrongdoing and then claim its " fatalism ". Bennie are you really going to suggest you wouldnt have some kind of breakdown and break the law ? In WW1 fatalsim became the religion in the trenches due to the appalling and incomprehensible slaughter in the trenches http://www.warmuseum.ca/firstworldwar/history/life-at-the-front/trench-conditions/faith-and-fatalism/ https://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/oct/30/fatalist-at-war-first-world-war-diaries-german-soldier-rudolf-binding

  5. volo I still cant believe you live in the mountains without electricity, I was watching this episode of Mountain Men and man those guys are tough

  7. GB wouldn't you also agree its because we get access to forums like this where random strangers who dont even live in our own countries help to change and improve our views on politics and SJ issues ?
  8. Ah, I see. I envy you. Physical attraction is more of a burden that anything else. Well, if you find a shemale arousing, then it suggests that you would be willing to sleep with anyone as long as they are attractive enough, regardless of which sexual organ is between their legs Guys who identify as "straight" sometimes watch shemale porn, which kind of supports the Kinsey Scale theory, in that they're a little flexible. My best friend believes that anyone can be attracted and have a physical relationship or "one night stand " with a man or a women So he believes in the principle that people are naturally bisexual as that is his personal experience and what he has done. He is happily married but stands by this I have never been convinced because surely you have to have some deeper physical attraction to the same sex to do this? So I cant say if my friend is right because I have never experienced this in the same way he has
  9. Look, I agree, without hard data (and how can you even measure something like this?), its all just armchair philosophy. But let me ask you this (and I apologize for the crudeness of the question but...) have you ever watched/enjoyed shemale porn? I have watched loads of heteoesxual porn but not shemale porn, I am interested where you going with this point?
  10. Its often a very different reason why you see women kissing other women, the question " does this mean that woman is lesbian " isnt the same as 2 guys kissing which in most cases highlights the fact they are gay
  11. Shame do you miss oby, I miss him slightly....but very slightly
  12. What do you mean when you say "its a lie .... " ? Are you saying being gay is a choice? As I understand him, he says the following: Men are naturally straight, however, they might be insecure about approaching the opposite sex, and therefore they turn to homosexuality as an "easy solution". Mind you, his opinion, not mine. Bruce, I understand you have been active with the queers (at least that's how I took it from the thread I linked...). What is your opinion on how sexuality evolves? The way I understand it, is that it is a mixture of genetics, hormones and social factors (I especially take interest in the latter... I hope he isn't suggesting what you saying...that would be ridiculous and lacks any real understanding of homosexuality Yes I am very active around support for the LGBT community and have gay friends. There are 2 main reasons people are gay, most gay people are born this way. They can no more change there sexual orientation than a person can change there race Then is a small percentage of gay people who can become gay through abuse, of course this is rare and Im not in anyway suggesting the majority of abused children will become gay or would become paedophiles themselves
  13. What do you mean when you say "its a lie .... " ? Are you saying being gay is a choice?
  14. When did I expect government to do anything for me? You're projecting as you are the fan of nazi oppressive systems and you cry because Apartheid ended. I only expect government to uphold the laws, protect borders and don't steal my hard earned money. This post reflects that Soviet programming we have often discussed you grapple with ? We can talk about it now with no fear of criticism Whats bothering you the most about your quality of life?
  15. Maybe some young people living in first world countries should stop feeling so entitled and realize their governments can only do so much for them ? You told the same to black pepole during Apartheid, didn't you? There is a difference between doing something for you and doing nothing for you and everything for another group of people and using you as a milking cow. No, I was too young to be part of the Apartheid laws as Apartheid was implemented in 1947 and I wasn't involved in commentary during Apartheid. Also we lived under a state of emergency so you were limited by what you could or couldn't say about politics until Apartheid ended in 1991 or so Although you do fit the profile of exactly the person I was referring to, you complain a lot and expect your government to do everything for you
  16. Maybe some young people living in first world countries should stop feeling so entitled and realize their governments can only do so much for them ? Le Penn will be decisively beaten in the next round as primarily only the supporters of Melenchon will vote for France to leave the EU, the other candidates have endorsed Macron now the initial phase of the election is over So dont worry about a French civil war....thats a ludicrous suggestion
  17. Whats wrong with wanting to marry a white person? Its a personal choice and we shouldn't need to scrutinize the decision so much.....surly ?
  18. I'm glad Emmanuel Macron won, he should be able to beat Le Pen in the next round
  19. Hybrid, primarily Capitalist driven economy but they have certain socialist laws around how the EU functions But its an excellent paradigm of a good economic model and example of how you can unite countries under a common economic vision, sure its not perfect but the good outweighs the bad...its a pity some people dont realize that. Like Le Penn
  20. There are actually 2 extreme candidates who may cause France to leave the EU Le Penn is one and the other is Mélenchon who is an outspoken critic of the EU. So there is greater reason for anxiety around this election outcome
  21. Its a ridiculous idea to suggest the USA is responsible for manipulating global conflicts in the interest of profit. Nationalism, ideological conflicts and sectarian divide cause more wars than perceived profit gain during conflict What next..... " the USA only gets involved in wars if there is oil involved "
  22. GD you a good person and a man of integrity but you have to attempt to see things in a more nuanced light or least realize sometimes what is needed to protect us is exactly what concerns you For example in 2002 I remember was when I first became aware of the advanced interrogation techniques being used by the USA. I supported them at the time and I still feel they were effective but nowadays I would have to analyze the justification for them For some the treatment of extrajudicial prisoners was considered unlawful and abhorrent, they could argue your point exactly Yet they served a greater purpose at the time that was to protect the USA and its allies troops
  23. I cant say I miss not being married and having children because I have never been married, I was engaged. Yet I always enjoy and admire these types of family posts you and other members make But I do have a big family with loads of brothers and kids so I probably have the connection through them ?
  24. Its a good question because in most places that would apply but we handle these things apparently differently in SA...the article was retracted and Huffington apologized ? http://www.huffingtonpost.co.za/shelley-garland/could-it-be-time-to-deny-white-men-the-franchise_a_22036640/ Is that sufficient in your view?
