You right, these are hard economic times but knowing that the Russian economy is being devastated by Putins War makes me feel much better And you wrong, Western countries wont agree to anything Putin wants because he invaded Ukraine. The thing is they didnt meet the criteria yet and its about corruption laws or something similar Because the reason the EU is the worlds most successful trading block is because the laws and governance are strict and enforced. Countries cant just join like in the AU because they on the same continent. If you dont have certain common values and agreed on economic rules and governance then these unions fail and become talk shops. So thats why the EU has non-negotiable expectations to join

In every company I have ever worked at your salary is confidential and its the same as your bonus structure Commission is different because in sales its common knowledge what peoples target is because this information is shared in weekly sales meetings normally But to clarify what I mean by confidential and why, if you and I work at the same company and we doing more or less the same job and we sitting in the canteen and I say " Im earning $5k a month., this company underpays and it sux " and you tell me " Im earning $7.5k ...you must be bad at your job " that can create unnecessary tension and people feeling they underpaid for the same job. I have mixed views around the next US president. I am not happy with certain things the Democrats are doing but I am unequivocally opposed to another 4 years of Trump. His denying of the 2020 election result and his sycophantic support for various autocratic states ended any positive things for me that he achieved in his presidency. So I am waiting for the Republican alternatives to Trump and I would support someone like Youngkin or Romney over the Democrats but if Trump is the Republican candidate then I will support the Democrats I know I keep saying this but both the girls in these ads are so funny, brilliant and beautiful. Her facial expressions always make me laugh But what they say in these videos is it " true " or do you believe its true ? Its a good point about rogue not being that popular in D&D games because you can substitute rogue skills like removing trapped or locked chests or doors with magic and spells that destroy the object I just finished the entire NWN EE and its expansions and I was a wizard and only used Tomi in the beginning of the OC as a henchmen and then selected Daelan due to his fighting skills So having a rogue is not necessary or for me the most effective henchmen in NWN EE

I think Biden has handled this Putins War into Ukraine admirably and he has done the right thing on the sequence of steps and comments from the WH Hopefully this will change popular support for him in a positive way in the US because he deserves it

How did you know peoples salaries? In SA salaries are confidential and you can honestly be dismissed or get a written warning for revealing salaries and you not suppose to talk about your salary either with other staff for various reasons
