Does it bring me anything better than that range ring and the Deltro helmet? Somehow I don't see I need 20 skill pts in stealth either, unlike Arcana and Alchemy that goes up indefinitely?

Nope, no retrain, got all the chants. I won the fight anyway, but it was way harder because my chanter became useless after like two invocations.

There are more bugs than just that. When I was at the last stage of SSS facing off the giant worm, somehow my Chanter stopped chanting altogether and never gotten new phrases.

The one item I want is that range weapon ring from Shrimp because, well, that's the only item I know would benefit from a combination of stealth and sleight of hand, and killing him would cause negative rep with Royal Deadfire Company. That, and armors/weapons from the two Valian families. Is there anything else unique that requires SoH?

So I need to be stealthy enough to pick pocket, but also high SoH skill to ensure success. What’s the best ratio for this?

How is Forbidden Fist healing? I thought it's a self-damaging curse.

If it's for the flank effect, would it be easier to open the fight with Eyestrike then Secret Horrors? Or does Beguiler's +focus doesn't work unless you're already in combat, hence Phantom Foe (quicker cast)?

No melee Ranger? XD Barb/Fighter (w/ stance) and Rogue/Fighter (w/ Riposte) are both pretty nice. Fighter also adds that reliable feel at frontline.

I’m prepping Eder to get Vatnir at lvl5. While I’m unsure if I would use Eder afterwards, I know I’d pick up Lover’s Embrace for the task and perhaps Vatnir will use it afterwards. I’ve never used a melee Rogue before, so I’m wondering what kind of weapons would be good with them? Daggers and Stalker’s Patience, what else?

Summon pet on attack mode, debuff and DoTs its opponents, got it. Looks like Beguiler and Psion are both viable options. Thx for the tips!

So the only reason using Ghostheart is because the pet cannot be engaged, therefore survive better? Ignoring most of the Ranger skills including the pet-buffing ones?

A Cipher summoning a soul is literally a Stand attack... That said, do you have a build for this combo? It's very useful at sniping down totems from stealth. I attack from so far that enemies would gather around the damaged totem but would never realize you're there.

...Now I wonder if Holy Slayer with Riposte is better for that purpose. Nay, sticking with Druid.

Gotcha. I can already imagine a dual wielding Wayfarer/Fury who heals on attack. I don't suppose White Flame's heal is increased by fire PL?

I suppose with the proper AI script set up, it's possible to have an auto-attacker doing more than just attacking. I personally love Maia as Guhawk since there's no down side to her spec, but the title of laziest auto-attacker goes to Ranger/Helwalker as Boeroer suggested. I'm currently giving my character a pause due to how easily it overwhelms encounters.

A shame Vatnir can't do it as efficiently (lacks Driving Flight), despite the Rod is perfect for his skills.

Hm, I recall people suggested using the eternal DoT from Gauging Strike to get Vatnir as early as lvl5.

Would Liberator be a tank then, or a melee caster i.e. D&D Cleric who does Fire/Healing? For pure caster, would Druid/Priest (Magran) be better?
