    Japanese PC gaming died mid 90s with FM Towns and PC-9801. Nowadays it's an extreme niche genre comprised of Wizardry clones and eroge games. But even many of the latter are cross platform.

    One could create some really hot characters in City of Heroes/Villains, but above game is just ugly. Like a mix of Borderlands and a Prosper mod.
