Well, people have **** opinions, especially on the internet, so whatever. Only thing I noticed is that the CGI was a bit bleh at times. Didn't really bother me, though, as it wasn't necessary to carry the movie.

I've also just watched Prey. Liked it a lot. At least as good, or as others said, maybe even better than the first movie.

Funny, hadn't seen the latest episode yet, but I was just thinking about this today while biking. Would a post-scarcity society really be like Star Trek? I don't feel like it would. If material needs are gone, and you can have whatever you want at any time ... I do not believe that humans will be happy with that. We either become high on apathy, or people will get bored and start doing anything to get entertained. There's lots of evil that can be done, just for fun. Other than that, of course some people will want to become powerful instead. They will want to have control over other people in whatever way. I'm really not sure if we would be able to overcome such things. I like to think that humans would philosophically evolve to "trying to better themselves" instead of following materials needs ... but guess I have too little faith in that.

Today I've learned that apparently you can legally lie in america to influence votes. America could be a great country, but crap like this keeps pulling it down into the sewers.

I made it to ep3 of Terminal List. I kinda want to keep watching it, but at the same time, I can't see ****. Even in bright daylight scenes, everything has a dark haze over it. I'll have to close all the window shutters to be able to see anything, and I just can't really be arsed to do this. This is probably the darkest tv show I have seen to date. Might as well treat it as an audio book.

Problem is, new GTA gameplay will just be the exact same thing we have seen for 20 years now. Hell even RDR2 has GTA-style mission flow .... So the only thing that a new GTA would have for it would be the bits of story. Rest is just going to be the same pew-pew missions as always.

I really liked the movie and I'm tempted to check out other indian movies now. My only issue with it was that it did feel a bit too long. There's some flashback scenes that could have been shorter, and then there are flashback scenes that we already saw and showing them again was just annoying, etc. I really liked how the two main guys became bros. It was a real brodude adventure.

And I didn't even finish s1.
