    FM2018's match engine is some rigged BS, Ajax misses 2 penalties, and then once I use up my last sub, my keeper gets injured and I lose 2-1. Once you use up your last sub, this crap happenes 75% of the time, I find.

    My best players all came with the team. The best player I've bought I paid 100k for and that one decision looks like it's doomed the club to eventual bankruptcy if the projections are accurate, he's my midfield staple though, so is probably worth it.

    Sticking with Brno, decide the challenge of managing a club who so little money that the players are being paid what I am sure is below the average working wage in Czech Republic is for me. Sure does suck though to see talented German kids out of contract...but spurn me by directly telling me my club is too broke for them And to top it all off I qualified for CL...but have to play Ajax who is going to beat me 11-0 or something

    I should really get back to learning HOI4, too many games to play now and most of the time I just fall back to FM2018 hah. Today spent some time looking at my retirement and savings investments, realizing they've not grown as much as I'd like, although now is probably not the best time to change it up. Definitely decreasing how much stuff I have in FIs is a good idea.

    Some tried that with Brevik, I guess the thought is to at least try if you think the shooter is going to mow down people.

    Guess he got what he was looking for, drove 20 miles to save Kenosha. Does go to show one concern with the whole "good guy with a gun" theory, if the first one was self defense, odds are people nearby don't know that and assume he's a mass shooter and things spiral out of control.

    Seems so, at least has CNN or MSNBC snarking at it. Guess that helps as some minor motivation for Dems as well. Was more a comment on it being tacky more than anything nefarious.

    I hope it is on sale soon, too. Playing Planet Coaster a bit, to pass time, I am not good at coaster design, so will stick to my day job. Not a bad game though, the management aspects are interesting even if the UI is a not intuitive for me.

    The two cops are behind him and are just walking with him, seems odd they couldn't or didn't attack effectively at that point. I guess gun is easier though, and things were moving quickly.

    Yes. Also given the distance, I'm surprised they didn't tackle him and wrestle him to the ground before he gets to the car, not as if he was moving rapidly - I guess cops don't receive hand to hand training ?

    Been watching a lot of King of the Hill, I tell ya what. Certainly has a formula, but is enjoyable. Hank as a pimp was the high water mark.
