Yes but if you link a Mail article, you are going to have to rely on everyone to assume you've done that much diligence for some reason. I try to not lead out with stuff that sounds like FOAF, well ok other than Twitter posts of people that don't seem like liars.

It's not really that subjective that the Mail lies/exaggerates to the point you really shouldn't rely on them for more than noting they said something that you can look on to see the real story. Have you ever read the paper on a consistent basis ? Definitely worse than reading the NYT, Guardian or BBC.

Yes, you think I'm a Russian shill ?

The "information" provided may be outright lies, though. If it's a British tabloid, likelihood goes up, same with any paper called Pravda https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2022/03/21/michael-kofman-russia-military-expert-00018906 Old, but is an interesting interview with Kofman.

Well, damn I missed it. Canada qualified sadly, hopefully they get smoked.

Probably not, if covered at all it will be there but with their reminding everyone Russia did it as well or first.

Footage of Half Life 3

RPGCodex. Reddit. Hah. Well in my case, cheating would have gotten me a beating at home from my parents.

Sorry, meant legitimate military targets. Fuel and communications are, and if they want to liberate those they still need to weaken Ukrainian forces, to hold them more easily. Not too sure it has much to do with Biden's presence in Poland. Then again the media was all a buzz about the hypersonic strike, so maybe just SOP.

Concentrating on those regions doesn't exclude hitting military targets elsewhere.

This missile attack in Lviv is a big deal, for some reason.

Good to see that war brings out the best in humans. As expected a handful of users on Reddit saying they understand it, heh.

Wow, in my schools the teacher would give you an automatic 0 for cheating. Kids these days 😛

Doesn't really seem like anything all that new, Ukrainians are motivated and have better tactics. Been beaten over the head with that in the media here, nearly 24/7 Is why I roll my eyes when I see some talking head say "We lost less men in 20 years in Iraq!", heh. Is interesting to see what role armour is going to play going forward, though. Not sure how much help infantry is going to be when you're getting shot at from the distances a Javelin can do.

Depends on whatever the Pentagon's idea of "full control" is, anyway.

https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/24/politics/ukraine-us-request-javelin-stinger-missiles/index.html Seems a pretty high consumption, at least for the Javelins.

And why would US officials lie, well assuming the person even exists

Neighbour has gone turbo-Ukranian patriot, has flag on his house, slogan on his door. Hopefully he doesn't know about the Russian further down the street...

Guess they'll have to make a decision to withdraw soon.

We've had CEOs and such in the past say that QA is an unnecessary expense as developers can test as well. Yup.

What does "tested" mean ?

Finished Syberia 4, that was good. Didn't feel like forcing myself to finish it like 3, the story was much more interesting even if the premise is simple. No ill explained antagonist, other than Cantin that is an adventure game protagonist in his own right, heh. Hopefully they'll make another game even if Sokal died. Although, the pre homo sapiens lifeform learning English in 2 years is pretty funny. Not all that keen on them being a focus in a potential 5

Interesting thumbnail there.

We "prioritize" a client at work by focusing our meager resources on them and letting everything else burn. Had to meet with two of the ignored ones today

Remarkable I still see people saying the rest of Europe's next after this.
