  1. All keys can be found at https://eternity.obsidian.net/ Login with your forum username and password if you are not logged in already, click your username top right corner, select My Products and you should be able to generate your Steam/GOG key there.* * It has been quite awhile I had to do this myself so I don't remember all the details but I believe the email address you used in KS and on these forums has to be the same(?). In any case, if you can't find your key or there are any other problems, email to support.
  2. How is saying the game is number 35 on steam a false assumption with no evidence? I'll use your own logic and point out that the basic version is number 5 and Obsidian edition (which costs over $80) number 25 in GOG so it must have sold millions and is now on it's way to being the most successful game ever. Being "number 35" on Steam tells us absolutely nothing. How many copies did it sell this week and how many overall to this date? Does your numbers take into account every place it is been sold or just Steam? Start with that and let's continue from there.
  3. That Fig Ultimate Edition and Downloadable Content thing is kinda confusing. Back in Fig campaign I put $20 extra for expansion(s) because at the time they were not going to include it with any edition. Now as there were change in plans, it is now supposed to come with fig edition, obsidian edition and whatever but I still have only one key in my products. I did not ask for refunds for the separate DLC.
  4. If you have activated it on Steam, there should be Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire in your library and you should be able to preload it. Backer Beta does not change into a full release. You need to get the full release key from eternity.obsidian.net and activate it on Steam (or GOG if that is what you prefer).
  5. I'm thinking the 6th companion is a dwarf. Then we have at least one of each.
  6. All decisions about remaster, rerelease etc are made by Bethesda, not Obsidian.
  7. If you are talking about the same spirit I think you are, that is not the spirit that gives you the password. The spirit in upper right corner of the level is the one though I can't remember if you had to do something specific or do you have to have to do a skill check etc to get it to give you the password. Unfortunately I don't know any workarounds if that doesn't work.
  8. And so with the 1.8m stretch goal all my speculations about the number of companions were thrown out of the window. Oh well. I hope it's a priest, there needs to be a priest. Pretty sure there will be a priest, I'm guessing there will be at least one of every class like in the first game. This morning while I was having my morning coffee I watched the campaign launch trailer again because I didn't have anything better to do and I noticed in a few combat scenes that there was two other characters with Éder, Aloth and Pallegina; fire godlike and a lady with a red hair that looked like a human or an elf. I assume the other one was PC and the other one a possible companion but which one is which? I hope we will have fewer companions this time with more substance. Seeing how party size is reduced as well it would make sense. PoE1 had too many shallow companions, larger half of whom were always sitting in stronghold anyway. And if 1.8m stretch goal is the seventh companion of the game, it is possible that Obsidian agrees with you.

  10. Any guesses if it has gone to production or still in pre-production? I assume publisher has actually picked it up at this point if it is still ongoing.
  11. Does anyone actually have any credible sources for that party size or is it the usual "there are 5 characters in a concept art so it MUST be true!" ?
  12. Arcanum is owned by Activision and I doubt they are very interested in doing anything with the license, including selling it.
