  1. In all honesty your gonna be asking for microtransactions. They would essentially need to fund a dedicated server to grounded. Each server would need to be paid for monthly to recoup operation cost. Conan Exiles and Minecraft do this currently and it's not free on either. Ark allows you to host a dedicated server but it requires certain specifics in the comp you running it on. So bottom line is unless Microsoft agrees to give server access with the Azure platform as part of gamepads then your looking at paying a fee mc is 7.99 and Conan 1.13per world (blocked in many countries including us)
  2. The sundews and pitcher plants would be great especially if you could put a rope to climb down for bug goo. The Venus fly trap is gonna be a potential bad idea depending upon implemention. Venus fly traps grow to a size typically you are to small to being the menu. The stinkbugs and lady's are on the menu. So if you were to see them implemented I see it as you aggro the mob unto the plant then smack the sense barb/hair. This would close the plant around the bug allowing you to kill and harvest the trapped mob. Otherwise you are to small and the plant will open back up if you are trapped. As far as bugs go the wolfspider should be leaving piles of dead bugs in it's path. The lady bug should stop and reflex bleed if the wolfspider is in the area (ladybug blood is toxic and bitter so bleeding is a defense) The orb weavers should build bigger webs and should be more of a threat with them dropping down when triggered
  3. Salty arrows would go from ehh to overpowered. Fishboy I am coming for yah fear me! *Buh bahh* Scritchowl sleeps in the fishes Respawn Quit
  4. Zipline is blocked. Move a few cm. Zipline not blocked. Complete zipline. Ride then get clotheslined by a none removable object and fall Infront of a hungry Wolfie........not my best day but if the let us move the zip to fix this it would take the sting out if that experience. Also make it if you move the zip to increase the string cost just make it ghost until you fix the deficit value.
  5. As far as the dirty living goes it's mainly to be like the Mithraism perk but for stinkbug/shieldbug. As far as popping the rotten food is concerned to me they are more valuable as fertilizer so if a person wants to turn on for a meal I don't see that as a problem. As far as the perk goes it can be good or bad when it comes to spiders. While you are walking about you have increased curiosity bloom as in the zone the spider shows interest or does the stare and wave. When you eat the spoiled item it expands the bloom. This would be a perk useful for killing the stink bugs or exploring the trashbin or those trying to hunt spiders for fangs/venom With the new mobs it can help you with the shieldbug for collecting super gas pods but unless the unleash a new spider varient like the widows someone else suggested it doesn't seem to be a reason to use venom arrows over basic splinters though
  6. Lady's don't dodge- a few players are wanting a defensive dodge but this mutation turns the dodge into a tackle option. Essentially think of it as a running punch so it would synergize with little fist and truffle tussle. This in itself may be useful as you can tackle for a chance to stun. This could allow the tank to help a player who has aggro the mob and is about to be downed. Web crawler. Allow you to climb up zip lines at an albeit slower place. Dirty living (name is a call back to new Vegas) eating spoiled food heals and grants an immunity to stink. Though stalking predators may track you(wolf spider since it loves stink bugs) JeepRs PeepRs studying and enemy places a targeted debuff. This causes increased damage to the next attack. Could be useful to have a player be a spotter for the player shooting or fighting. Ghosted . Allows a player to run from an enemy. If they break enemies line of sight (perception based on mob) they can crouch and end hostilities. Fully empowered allows you to do this in shadows not necessarily breaking line of sight. Mosquitoes chance you and you go to grass and crouch mosquitoes give up pursuit. Damaged mobs do not get fooled by this.
  7. Succulents should be able to be planted for spines. Replace thistle needle with plant needle or spines. That way you can get arrow materials
  8. I think that we could get an interesting night mob that would be a counterpoint to the crow. Insert an owl. Like the crow it perches at points around the yard. Unlike the crow it releases owl pellets. These are basically balls of undigested material that would be problematic to pass. You could mine these for bone, fur, larger insect pieces, feather pieces, lizard scales and other similar material Could be useful if anyone wants to look like a brownie from willow
  9. The snake thing is problematic as far as collecting goes. For sheds the material honestly is more delicate than tissue paper and wouldn't have anything the characters would find useful just like insect/arthropod shells are to far damaged to be useful as anything protection (scarecrows maybe). Snakes also tend to swallow teeth as they only really lose them in struggling prey. So it would appear that the snakes would need to be alive to collect these materials. Though collecting a snake skin and making a scarecrow to keep the crow from some areas to help farming feathers easier
  10. Aww I was thinking about artic survival gear and mining frozen peas
  11. Sour- Alien Z Sour Crystals. All of the chemicals a growing parasite needs. Damage buffs as an acid based damage. Subsequent attacks will do more damage. Snakes for the most part would be op at adult sizes while earth snakes and garters can be quite small as hatchlings. Suggested loot would be skin, neck meat, bone with a rare drop of knee!??? Most fangs are gonna be to big for player use and your better off with the mosquito beak. The lady bug trailer could be useful if you ladybug can fly. Have it be a item that has a cool down but you can call the caravan to you to place goods or retrieve. Maybe make a grass whistle that cause your bug after you rescue it There was a buried pet in-game that would be a source for usable pet parts maybe a rfid collar for accessing parts of the house
  12. I like the idea of faster forward at the expense of hangtime. The thing about hang gliders is they won't be functional as it's an item that has to be carted to a location. It's not like the ninja kites in Naruto that most people would want in game. A wings suit would probably be better for you. Portable can allow for movement after deployment and not have to rely on cleared path for landing(though it would be painful to collide) to avoid large scale damage.
  13. The included a cold weather hat. Needs some flannel to go with it
  14. Just thinking the game could use a few more movement enhancers. The basics have been discussed such as grappling hooks, ascenders/powered ziplines and more gliders. Now let's discuss maybe creatures or flora that could help. Click Beetle. This beetles when threatened can launch themselves by making a big flick motion with there shells. If this mob is passive you could lure it a location and while it eats use this to climb on its back and then attack it causing it to fling you straight in the air. They are heavily armored and it's not harmed by this. Robber Fly. This flying mob will try to steal food from your hands. Using this it will carry you up a certain height and eventually shake you off. This can be used as a way get higher views. Bladderworts. These aquatic plants have air bubbles. Can be used as air supply. Becareful as larger ones can engulf you
  15. There is a classic children's book that involved some animals try to migrate. One of the antagonist was a bird called a shrike. In this beloved classic the voles and field mice diced to leave the group finding a home suitable for them. Unfortunately the shrike is there and doing what shrikes do it scoops up the talking anthro baby animals and impales them on spiny plants to save for later also it grabs a few adults. Given it's size it may ignore the player or may not but it could be interesting fighting a wolfspider in the shrikes grounds and turn into a psuedo boss encountering including a dislodge time before you get respawned.
  16. Tarantula might be friendly. They keep tiny frogs as roommate to keep bugs from eating their eggs. Also if you put in a black widow remember they aren't deadly really for humans. However it can cause You to think your dying as you got about 3 days of heck as it makes you sweat and have heart attack symptoms. (Still go to the Dr if you get bitten) so instead of the poison like wolf spiders have it play to the pain. Your character will have a 48hr debuff that halves your stamina meter and inflicts a half heal effect where healing item effectiveness is reduced. Without an antivenin it would make this an avoid encounter especially if death doesn't dispel the debuff. Brown recluse UGG it hits humans with a rot. Don't think of ailment to inflict because I don't think you wanna see kids looking like walking dead cast.
  17. Also maybe a podium for unleashing the pouches around your base. Like making a cloud of Shinobi sneeze around your base and pointing one of the podiums inside for a health Regen/benign bugs safe zone
  18. Let us make potpourri. Its base effect is it creates a zone of freshness. While in this zone you gain a health Regen buff and stink(haze) has no effect allowing you to fight stinkbugs without them inflicting aoe damage. Upgrade it to calm non predatory bugs. Example soldier ants are now mellow unless you attack another ant or them. Aphids in the zone won't run and bombardier beetles do not see you as a threat. Mosquitos and spiders ignore it Includes a pouch version that works like Shinobi sneeze, and an arrow with a smaller effect area but good for popping a stinkbug and disabling the stink attacks.
  19. Not to make a stink but that sounds malodorous. I remember the smell of the cleaning tables growing up and boy did that make a funk. Hopefully petals and potpourri is included though it might make your base less friendly to smell sensitive buggos
  20. I hope you post the after fixing the formatting issue. The ladybug caravan sounds fun and cute though you would need to deal with the death f the ladybug like if a wild spider were to attack it would it die or go into defense mode (they basically turtle up and reflex bleed toxic blood from joints)
  21. Wrong country and they need a special type of leaf. Stick with moth and cocoons.
  22. Please post in readable script if you want anyone to take you seriously looks like your copy and pasting other people's ideas without formatting.
  23. Play lower difficulties until you figure out attack patterns. This won't help for the combats without threat bug but every enemy in the game has a tell for the next move. The biggest obstacle is the grouping enemies like ants, mosquitoes, and orb weavers. Also don't forget the use of smoothies like the rage and human food those let you either tank harder or finish the fight faster
