But is US intelligence that easily fooled? The truth will come out eventually. Plus like I said the Russians also criticized Assad.

New frontiers in propaganda: http://www.businessinsider.com/google-adds-fact-check-feature-search-news-results-2017-4 How long before they stop showing "false" search results? https://twitter.com/jamestaranto/status/849977809992896514

Not without a doubt, but if it turns out we've been had Mattis, Tillerson and our entire foreign policy will lose face. I doubt they'll let that happen.

I'm just going by what our government said. Russians in their comments also seemed to admit that it was Assad. It's also reported the weapon was delivered by a SU-22, which had to be Assad. May be it's all a giant conspiracy, but I doubt it.

I would be so bold and say actual politics Meaning starting conversation that aren't meant to one-up over another party, but actually start to seek things that both parties can mostly agree and build unity in United States instead constantly seek new ways to divide its people more, meaning seeking compromises that most people from both sides can accept. But it seem that polarization is what politicians and people want, as it isn't just encouraged it is celebrated as like it is something positive and to be proud off. Politics in the US is becoming practically tribal already. And that is just among the citizens. There are people I work with who won't even socialize with Trump voters. The saddest irony of it all is there is far less differences between the donkeys and elephants than most realize. The both love government power so long as they are in control of it. They both become federalists only when they are in the minority. The biggest thing they have in common is they both love their committee chairmanships and other perks and can be counted on to fight like savages to get them back even when it means undermining the very institution they serve. No, there's far more difference than you realize. One party is simply corporatists trying to line their own and their friends' pockets and get reelected. The other party hates America and Americans : http://hotair.com/archives/2017/02/27/chicago-should-be-just-fine-after-naming-a-street-after-a-convicted-terrorist/ Edit: In case more evidence was needed: http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2017/04/06/portlandia-sheriff-giving-sex-pests-ice-damages-community-trust/

Assad launched the attack just days after we said we wouldn't try to remove him. You'd think he'd be happy but instead he commits what's seen as a deliberate provocation. So probably the thinking was if we don't respond, we're going to look weak and that's too dangerous for our other policies.

Axii and trap is what I use, I don't have the higher levels yet. I just roll around and spam fast attacks.

Trump needs to remember who brought him to the dance. Ivanka especially is way too liberal.

@Ben You never fail to amuse and dismay.

Don't fight your fellow worker, who is willing to work for less than minimum wage to sustain his family. fight the conditions that force the two of you to compete To avoid the conditions that force us to compete they need stay in their own country, unless we invite them in. Well, the filibuster is dead for Supreme Court confirmations. They should get rid of it entirely. It made some sense when the two parties would occasionally come together for the national good, but now that they're always at each other's throats it just contributes to paralysis. To avoid the filibuster they have to pass everything under budget reconciliation rules, which only leads to badly designed, half-baked legislation like Obamacare.

Corporate lobbying is mostly about taxes and regulations, not oppressing the worker, except for the part about importing the aforementioned cheap foreign labor.

Can any Swedish citizen formally request the government to destroy their DNA sample, or did you just get hooked up by a buddy? Interesting. I don't remember providing my fingerprints for my passport, but its been a while so maybe I did? No fingerprints, just a picture. Interesting. I don't remember providing my fingerprints for my passport, but its been a while so maybe I did? It seems that USA only demands such thing from foreign passports and even though US Passports also now have biometric chip where such data could be saved and read from distance it isn't used. Clearly we need to take visa free travelling from people travelling with US Passports as they clearly have insecure passports I don't think we demand anything from foreign passports except that they identify the person and not be fake. That's how. Yes, so may be you should stop supporting importing vast amounts of cheap labor.

Making people dependent on the government is what actually drives the high US crime rates. Edit: Oh, btw, https://twitter.com/StateDept/status/481278545885663232

I'm sure it was pure coincidence that their conversations kept being intercepted without warrant and then their names unmasked by Obama's hatchet woman and designated liar. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/446415/susan-rice-unmasking-trump-campaign-members-obama-administration-fbi-cia-nsa

I disagree. Again, were I playing a different kind of character it might be fine, but as a Fatebinder I am literally deciding the fate of people's lives and interpreting the laws of the land, how am I supposed to do that competently without an intimate knowledge of the land? As for conversation options later in the game where your character gets to ask about things they damn well should know about like they're oblivious to it, THAT I didn't like and it struck me as odd. It was like, I'm a pretty ****ty Fatebinder if I don't already know this. I assume it was there for the people that clicked quickly through a bunch of conquest mode and skipped most of the narrative dump at the beginning so as to get to gameplay quicker. But if you're the type of player that skips dialogue and lore to get to gameplay, what the hell are you doing playing an Obsidian RPG? The slow drip of information makes perfect sense in most RPGs because you most often play either some random adventurer drawn from far away to this place in search of glory, money, and fame, a young person who had mostly just lived at home until your family is brutally murdered, or a pupil sequestered away in some remote location until, oops, I forgot to tell you you're the offspring of a super evil god, and not the only one either. Sorry to break this to you so suddently, but your "brother" is out to kill you now, kthxbye. In all these cases it can be assumed that you mostly spent your life in one small region, or somewhere else far away, and you're just now discovering the larger world, or this particular region. The slow drip fits that scenario perfectly. To clarify, I did like the conquest mode. The narrative and the huge amount of info the first companion provides right off the bat I did have a problem with. In general I really hate the info kiosk type of dialogue, with a laundry list of questions you have to check off. There are much better and more compelling ways to present info, assuming you really do need to know all that. For some reason developers assume the player needs to know everything in their design documents, which just isn't the case. Edit: Like a lot of the stuff that Verse tells you about Voices of Nerat you see for yourself as soon as you meet him 5 minutes later. So what was the point? Would've made more sense to be able to ask her questions about him after the meeting.

Your character has to know, but you as a player don't necessarily. Plus you can just get a short summary instead of a novel. I've never had a problem picking up lore throughout a game, even in a completely unfamiliar setting. Show don't tell. Edit: Plus you get to ask a bunch of questions like you've just been born, so that premise isn't even correct.

On to Tyranny now. Man, what a huge info dump right at the beginning. To be interesting, info needs to be dribbled out, not poured out in a flood. Plus I'm not invested in the world yet, so I really don't care. Other than that seems pretty good.

Finished Dragonfall. One of the few games with an interesting story you actually care about. I guess I screwed everything up though.

It was an advanced World History class, so I'm sure they'd already covered US history a while back in a different class. Problem is in one ear and out the other. I'm sure she's forgot all about Lady Ise as well by now. My point was education is supposed to prepare children to be good citizens, but it's really failing even at that. It probably just resonated with her more, or the teacher had a better lesson for it. I can assure you the Magna Carta is a major part of the curriculum, unless Texas has departed vastly from California. I refer to it repeatedly over the course of the year. James Madison is the following year in our curriculum, and is part of an entire year on US History from the Revolutionary War to the Reconstruction. They didn't seem to put the same emphasis on it that you do, I'm sure that touched on it and the Constitution, but not enough to make a real impression. I guess also as others pointed out, it's whether someone is interested in the subject or not. Every once in awhile we get a glimpse at the man behind the curtain. As much as I disagree with him on politics, it's clear he's led an interesting life. Plus he has good taste in video games. Nah, my life is very boring.

If anyone liked the Bloody Baron story in "The Witcher 3", here's a similar story, with a similar protagonist, called "The Last Room of All". https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/11721 There's also a fantastic story called "Butterflies" and other very good stories.

I would say our priorities are all messed up. In her history class my daughter was learning about some obscure Middle Ages Japanese female poet, but couldn't remember exactly what Magna Carta did or who James Madison was.

The quality and IQ of reporters just keeps sinking: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/03/31/oklahoma-home-invasion-shooting-3-victims-broke-into-property-earlier-that-day.html It's an AP article, not a Fox News article, before the snarky comments. And I just heard a completely fact free piece of propaganda report on sanctuary cities on NPR, honestly our press is worse than the Soviet press, at least the Soviets had the excuse of being afraid for their lives.
