Jack Wall's work on the ME series was really good, but he's not as good as Mansell. I expect total genius from Mansell for ME3, unless he thinks games are not worthy of his full creativity and energy and hence only will deliver the typical drama score.

Yesterday night I finished Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Very stressful game, but also totally gorgeous. The castle especially was breathtaking, I'm a total sucker for gothic architecture and vampires.

He also did the score for Moon: Ah mang, this makes me really happy.

Wow, this really makes me exciting. I loved the score in Fountain and Black Swan!

Bought Freespace 2 from GoG and installed the Freespace Open Installer mod. So far I really like it. It's refreshingly complex in terms of hotkeys distribution. Still wish somebody would make a modern Wing Commander or X-Wing or Freelancer 3.

That's not really difficult to achieve. BG2 bad guys were always beaten in the same pattern.

They really nailed the facial expressions. Hope this becomes a standard in all video games some day...
