No. You learned that there were "other" rings in Halo 1. You learn that theres a total of 7 rings and you learn the location of the Ark in Halo 2. Halo 3 is when you go to the Ark, the Covenant lays MASSIVE seige on earth, etc. Halo 3 has terrible Campaign. Halo 1 and 2 are great. And Halo always has had great multiplayer (except maybe Halo 1).

Iran, Cuba, Iraq, Afganistan? The threat is Russia. The second major power is China. Who is weak? The U.S. Who lets the innocents die with not even condemnation? The U.S. Who no longer calls for inaction? The U.S. Who not only lets its country decay and fall behind "3rd world nations" on health care and other domestic issues? The U.S. Who has an incompetent leader? The U.S. Who allows China and Russia to go unchecked, funding, supporting terrorists, becoming economic tyrants? The USA.
