Rangers bad again?
Devoted+monk - bcs he have more pen, more dmg, more crit dmg, more hit>crit conversion then ranger+monk, when ranger have only 10 hit advantage. Best ranger is fighter, sad but true.

Recovery Time Problem
0.6 sec to shoot, 1.8 sec to reload = 2.5 sec I make video for myself - shoot between 2 and 3 sec, than reload, and next shoot come betwen 6 and 7 sec. So your opinion wrong.

Cipher and wizard ability balance
This is 2 difference debuff, one for dex, other for con, why you compare it? And blind last 20 sec, not 30. If you think -25% hp and -50% healing it's not enough, so just dont use it. But repeat, trade double time for debuff its fair trade. As example, cipher need 10.5 second to land debuff+nuke, when wiz need only 7.5 sec. And cipher must spend 2 points. Btw, if you mean "cipher OP" - just look at chain, they have 18 sec duration and zero dmg. And show me cipher's version of meteor strike.

Ranged without Ranger?
Ranger get you only some hit, reload speed and hit conversion. So you can build rogue/monk/cipher/fighter/pally as ranged, as result trade some hit and reload speed to dmg and durability.

My Ranger/Monk build, guess it can qualify as a power build
Okay If base acc = def: We have +5 acc from ranger's passive, +10 from mark, +20 from priests buff, +12 monk, + some from item. Its ~50. How we can buff acc more? I know passive when Ranger hit target with hes pet, but i rly dislike pet in this game. Weapon upgrade get some too. So +60/+75 acc in summary, right? And if base def>acc (like crazy Adra dragon), this "over softcap" acc help us keep avoiding graze. At least, just dont waste priests buff for ranger lol.

Okay, acc = 0, def = 0. We got 50-100 of 0-100 for hit conversion, so its 0.5*0.15= 0.075 Now acc = 50, def = 0. We got 0-50 of 0-100 for hit conversion, so its 0.5*0.15 = same 0.075 Whats wrong with your mats?

Powder burns aoe, how to stop FF?
I have idea to make streetfighter with blunderbuss. Shooting powder burns, take self debuff distracted, and get free -50% recovery and +50% sneak dmg for 10 sec. This look very good in paper, but when i tested this i have some problem with aoe from modal ability. First time when i do FF i thought it have cone aoe, so i move my character a side with a tank. And he still take FF dmg! Next time i move my gunner face-to-face with enemy, and keep other character behind... and aoe still do FF. I really confused with this, why this shot have 360* radius? How to counter this? I dont want FF. And q about multiclass. I stuck in choose between monk and fighter, both are great - one have great dps, and other have hit+durability. Can i take bloodied state from only turning wheel? Need at least 2 mortifications without upgrade, and wheel give percentage bonus to hp. I see only this way- use powder burns(i think about 3 might for minimize FF dmg , lol), off modale, then twice morti and keep shooting.
