I'm still pumping iron but only 2 days a week now instead of 4. However I've been going hiking with my friend and his bro and we might try trail running tomorrow. Always a super great work out, huge calorie burn, good leg exercise, etc. I want to maybe try doing a 300 work out like twice a month or something but I really want to start hiking every weekend so I have at least one really good cardiovascular workout a week since I don't run anymore. I should also start using my jump rope, btw walsh you might want to check out skipping. 10 minutes of jump roping is the equivalent of running a mile in 8 minutes. And you can burn 1300 calories in an hour. It also has less impact on the knees than running since you are landing on both feet. Plus you can get some mad footwork and become an ultimate boxer. I believe in you.

Ugh prostitution isn't big here at all. In fact it still has a lot of stigma attached even though it's infinitely safer than going to north las vegas and having your genitals rot off a month later. Probably a lot more comfortable and the girls are definitely hotter and not trashy. well darker than black is pretty much a mediocre action anime. There really isn't anything that makes this show worth watching besides boredom and of course cat episode which was in my opinion one of the greatest episodes of an anime I have ever seen. Maybe im a sucker for cats, maybe im also a sucker for crazy widowers and maybe im also more of a sucker for lolis who work for a crazy spunky detective but god willing if that episode didn't rock. Anyways the show is mainly about some stuff happends and theres this "Bubble" that appears within Japan. From this sphere normal people emerge with "special powers." There sphere is pretty dangerous but they don't really spend any time on it. The story follows mainly one dude who controls electricity and he belongs to some sort of secret organization that does all kinds of jobs mainly involving other people who have been effected by the sphere. I would only really recommend the show if you're bored and have nothing else to really watch. I mean the show has good animation and its high quality but other than that there hasn't been any good character development or plot and even the action scenes are just alright.

I mean its just far easier getting one thats pre modded, though they are usually kind of just copy carbon some what lame side patterns and stuff from what I've seen. It just seems like its a ton of work for something that could either come out really hit or miss. I know if I was doing it I'd go all out and do something really nice but thats just me. Plus you need like tools and stuff to cut fiber glass or whatever you plan on making your case out of.

I have a few recommendations. Though if you read through the thread you'll see pretty much all of these so this is more like a recap post. Ill make a list starting with shows that will make you blow your . Now a lot of these don't really follow your criteria since some are comedy and stuff, but I really could care less what you think. These were hard to even list becuase they are different genres but the gist of it is in there. It's pretty much really amazing stuff then drops down to mildly sweet once you get to paranoia agent. Then it goes like oh that has some kewl stuff dawg to Wolf's rain which kind of completely sucks but still there because wolves are pretty sweet and walrus episode. Then movies, just complete and utter awesome. Especially the first two. Then recent or ongoing series, nothing really stands out as amazing in this category so deal with it. Thats like the last level i think, besides the very final one which is only like 5 minutes long. Game was awesome though, loved it a lot. While the story was just plain ridiculous, I loved how it had so much stuff to do. Even though it was a just kill a guy or two each mission, there were so many options to do it. Albeit I mostly just sneaked through trying to do it the "right" way, somehow screw up and end up killing everyone in sight. Really liked the ending too. Kane & lynch is made by the same people so I think that should be a good game fyi (not to mention i saw a gamespy article saying it was a sweet game either way)

I thought both the first and second movies were good. Can't wait for the third one.

Yeah iv loved everyone so far, except gta 2 which I never played. But for the most part they do a very good job making a nice environment and story to play in.

I was playing age of mythology since i was super bored and i started the campaign and just finished it. Pretty bad.

It's better than the person who lives behind us. I hate those sob's with a passion. A year or two back they had this giant tree that was growing up pretty much right ontop of our wall and this thing would just dump leaves into our pool and create like a giant shadow over our pool the entire year making it too cold to even swim. After giving them notes and talking to them they finally like cut it down when all they had to do was just trim it up a bit instead of letting it grow out of control. Now however they have this giant palm tree with like 50 billion dead fronds hanging from it, I walk outside and just contemplate moltov ****tailing the thing everyday. The thing drops frond parts into our pool clogging up our pool vac and literally thousands of these small flower things that float on the surface. If only we lived in simpler times when you could just club a mans face in for being a retarded and lazy slob sob i dislike them

Even though he definitely wrote that check to create sympathy and improve his image the fact is he still wrote the check that ultimately got that woman professional help that probably saved her life. So what exactly did we decide so far? Like I've been saying from the begining the Gov sucks, seems everyone else agrees with that assumption. I guess I agree that the government for the most part should stay out of the formula except to make sure some blatant bs isn't going on. I think we can also agree that all these insurance corporation ceo's should fall out of a building with there multi million dollar bonuses and miraculously survive but then get gnawed on to death by homeless people and wild animals for sustenance. And I think we can also agree that people need to be more proactive about there health and instead of just taking a pill they should eat a balanced diet and do exercise. And finally we can all agree that sand belongs with the new age /b/tards who really do freakin suck becuase they ruined 4chan, gawd i hate them. And taks is a godless heathen of a man.

Yeah there hasn't been a cloud in the sky the last like 2 weeks. been freakin awesome hiking and stuff tho very hot, however theres just a tad bit of wind out right now so I'm not sure if its completely suitable to go swimming just yet.
